电励磁无刷同步电机的设计与有限元分析

【摘要】:传统的电励磁同步电机转子侧存在电刷和滑环,容易产生电弧、火花,不能在爆炸环境中使用。而传统的电励磁无刷同步电机系统由同步电机、旋转整流器和与同步电机同轴相连的交流励磁机等组成,机组轴向长度增加,结构复杂。 针对上述问题,本文提出一种单一铁心结构的电励磁无刷同步电机,,并对其进行电机结构设计和工作原理的阐述。 用路算的方法设计一台100kW的电励磁无刷同步电机,利用Ansoft RMxprt软件对其电磁参数进行校核和改进。利用Ansoft Maxwell有限元分析软件分析计算了同步电机的交直轴电感参数和功角特性。根据电机的工作原理和电磁特性推导出了同步电机的数学模型。 对比分析四种不同结构的同步电机励磁系统,利用有限元分析方法,得出电机各绕组间的电磁耦合关系和电机气隙磁密分布情况,通过对比选取同步电机励磁系统定子单相励磁绕组为四对极的分布绕组结构。对上述结构的同步电机励磁系统进行分析:得到电机在静止状态下,单相励磁系统定转子磁场耦合与转子位置角的关系;静止和额定转速状态下电机单相励磁系统的频率特性和不同频率时电机铁心损耗特性;不同转速时的单相励磁系统转子侧感应电动势和其傅里叶分析。利用有限元分析方法分析电机额定状态下的电流、转矩等各项电磁参数,并计算了电机的效率。通过分析表明电机结构设计合理,各项电磁特性较稳定,具有一定的可行性。
[Abstract]:There are brush and slip ring on the rotor side of traditional electroexcitation synchronous motor, which is easy to produce electric arc and spark, so it can not be used in explosion environment. The traditional brushless synchronous motor system is composed of synchronous motor, rotary rectifier and AC exciter connected with the synchronous motor coaxially. The axial length of the unit is increased and the structure is complex. In order to solve the above problems, a single core structure brushless synchronous motor is proposed, and its structure design and working principle are described. An electrically excited brushless synchronous motor of 100kW is designed by the method of road calculation, and its electromagnetic parameters are checked and improved by Ansoft RMxprt software. The inductance parameters and power angle characteristics of synchronous motor are analyzed and calculated by Ansoft Maxwell finite element analysis software. According to the working principle and electromagnetic characteristics of the motor, the mathematical model of the synchronous motor is derived. By comparing and analyzing the excitation system of synchronous motor with four different structures, the electromagnetic coupling relationship between the windings of the motor and the distribution of the air-gap magnetic density of the motor are obtained by using the finite element analysis method. The distribution windings with four pairs of stator single phase excitation windings in synchronous motor excitation system are compared. The excitation system of the synchronous motor with the above structure is analyzed: the relationship between the stator and rotor magnetic field coupling and the rotor position angle of the single-phase excitation system is obtained under the static state of the motor; The frequency characteristics of the single-phase excitation system and the loss characteristics of the core of the motor at different frequencies and the rotor side induction electromotive force of the single-phase excitation system with different rotational speeds and its Fourier analysis are analyzed under static and rated rotational speeds. The current torque and other electromagnetic parameters are analyzed by finite element method and the efficiency of the motor is calculated. The analysis shows that the structure of the motor is reasonable, the electromagnetic characteristics are stable, and it is feasible.
