基于典型真实事故再现的配电网事故演习系统

【摘要】:电力系统不允许在真实的运行状态下对员工进行技能培训,特别是针对系统中一些突发事故和重要事故的处理,以前是靠运行人员在长时间工作中的经验积累。但是,随着电网运行安全可靠性的提高、事故发生率的降低,刚进入电力系统的运行人员遇到事故的概率很低。当他们面对突发事故和重大事故时,往往不能迅速采取正确的应对措施或者应对不足。因此,开发针对性很强的真实事故处理演习系统,对提高运行人员的事故处理能力和技术水平有着重要的现实意义。由于配网事故发展信息与调度员处理方式之间存在动态交互的特点,调度员与电网事故之间可看做是一种博弈关系。为此,论文运用博弈论中的贝叶斯纳什均衡理论进行动态事故诱导处理,实现对培训对象调度策略的诱导,在诱导过程中不断对事故发展动态进行再现模拟,通过反复采集配电网信息让受训人员逐步确定配网故障类型,逐步诱导事故演习员掌握事故处理的最佳方案。论文进而设计了基于典型真实事故再现的配电网事故演习系统,该系统的功能包括:1)事故案例与培训人员信息的动态读取解析;2)事故案例的查询与选择;3)事故案例的模拟,并对调度员进行动态的诱导;4)事故案例模拟结果总结输出综合评定。实际应用表明,将博弈论引入配网真实事故再现系统、并对调度员处理事故的过程进行动态诱导,可帮助培训对象在轻松的环境下获取丰富的经验,并更快地掌握故障处理的原则、方法和流程,帮助学员积累经验,明确本调度管辖范围内电网的薄弱环节和负荷热点,从而有效地提高事故演习员的事故处理水平。
[Abstract]:Power system is not allowed to train employees' skills in real operation state, especially for dealing with some unexpected and important accidents in the system. It used to rely on the experience accumulated by the operators during long working hours. However, with the improvement of the safety and reliability of the power system and the decrease of the accident rate, the probability of the operators who have just entered the power system to encounter the accident is very low. When they face emergency and serious accidents, they often can not take the correct response or inadequate response. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to develop a real accident handling exercise system with strong pertinence to improve the handling ability and technical level of operators. Due to the dynamic interaction between dispatcher and dispatcher, the relationship between dispatcher and dispatcher can be regarded as a game relation. Therefore, the paper uses Bayesian Nash equilibrium theory in game theory to deal with the dynamic accident induction, realizes the training object scheduling strategy induction, and reproduces the accident development dynamics in the process of induction. By collecting the distribution network information repeatedly, the trainees can determine the fault type of distribution network step by step, and gradually induce the accident drill personnel to master the best scheme to deal with the accident. Furthermore, the paper designs a distribution network accident drill system based on typical real accident reappearance. The functions of the system include: 1) accident case and dynamic reading and analysis of training personnel information. (2) query and selection of accident case and simulation of accident case. And the dispatcher is dynamically induced. 4) the result of accident simulation is summarized and the output is evaluated synthetically. The practical application shows that the introduction of game theory into the distribution network real accident reappearance system and the dynamic induction of dispatcher handling the accident can help the training object gain rich experience in the easy environment. Furthermore, the principles, methods and flow of fault handling can be grasped more quickly to help students accumulate experience, to clarify the weak links and load hotspots in the power grid within the scope of the dispatching jurisdiction, and thus to effectively improve the accident handling level of the accident drill personnel.
