基于DSP技术的永磁同步电机控制策略研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术的迅速发展,特别是电力电子技术、计算机控制技术和微电子技术取得巨大进步,永磁同步电动机已逐步成为交流伺服系统的主流。永磁同步电机因其质量轻、高性能和尺寸小等优点,在日常生活、数控技术、航空航天等各个领域中有广泛的应用。因此永磁同步电机控制策略的研究具有极其重要的实际意义。 本文首先介绍永磁同步电机在交流伺服系统的发展概况,永磁同步电机的数学模型及矢量控制原理;接下来介绍电压空间矢量脉宽调制控制的原理。 其次对基于SVPWM的PMSM交流伺服系统在MATLAB/Simulink的环境下进行建模和仿真。通过仿真,验证SVPWM控制理论实现方法的正确性,为硬件设计打下基础。 最后在理论研究、仿真分析基础上,完成系统软件和硬件的设计。硬件方面:以TMS320F2812型的DSP为核心,设计出永磁电机数字交流伺服控制系统,包括主电路、驱动电路等电路的设计。软件方面:采用C语言和汇编语言编程的方法,利用CCS2000集成开发环境和仿真器进行程序调试,,完成软件设计。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, especially the power electronics technology, computer control technology and microelectronics technology has made great progress, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has gradually become the mainstream of AC servo system. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in daily life, numerical control technology, aerospace and other fields because of its advantages of light weight, high performance and small size. Therefore, the study of PMSM control strategy is of great practical significance. Firstly, this paper introduces the development of PMSM in AC servo system, the mathematical model of PMSM and the principle of vector control. Then the principle of voltage space vector pulse width modulation control is introduced. Secondly, the modeling and simulation of PMSM AC servo system based on SVPWM in MATLAB / Simulink environment is carried out. Through simulation, the correctness of SVPWM control theory is verified, which lays the foundation for hardware design. Finally, on the basis of theoretical research and simulation analysis, the design of system software and hardware is completed. Hardware: with TMS320F2812 DSP as the core, the digital AC servo control system of permanent magnet motor is designed, including the main circuit, driving circuit and other circuits. Software: using C language and assembly language programming method, using CCS2000 integrated development environment and simulator to debug the program, complete the software design.
