六相同步风力发电机矢量控制系统调制策略分析

【摘要】:为了确定六相同步风力发电系统最优的调制策略,对参考电压为正弦波情况下3种连续脉宽调制(PWM)策略的性能进行了分析。对正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)、双三相空间矢量脉宽调制(D3SVPWM)、最大四矢量六相空间矢量脉宽调制(6SVPWM)3种连续调制策略的开关电压矢量分布与作用时间进行分析,得到了单基波周期开关次数与最大调制比的性能对比结果;通过数值推导与图论相结合的方式,对3种调制策略的电流脉动特性进行了对比分析。分析结果显示,相同采样频率下,SPWM与D3SVPWM的开关频率约为6SVPWM的1/2倍;D3SVPWM与6SVPWM的直流电压利用率是SPWM的1.155倍;在2个平面等效电感比值kz1z2≤10的条件下D3SVPWM电流脉动最小。综合几种性能分析结果可知,采用D3SVPWM的调制性能最优,仿真和实验结果也证实了分析结果的正确性。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the optimal modulation strategy of six-phase synchronous wind power system, the performance of three kinds of continuous pulse width modulation (PWM) strategies with reference voltage of sinusoidal wave is analyzed. The switching voltage distribution and operating time of three kinds of continuous modulation strategies: sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM), double three-phase space vector pulse width modulation (D3SVPWM) and maximum four-vector six-phase space vector pulse width modulation (6SVPWMN) are analyzed. The results of comparison between the frequency of period switching and the maximum modulation ratio of single fundamental wave are obtained, and the current pulsation characteristics of three modulation strategies are compared and analyzed by the combination of numerical derivation and graph theory. The results show that the switching frequency of SPWM and D3SVPWM at the same sampling frequency is about 1 / 2 times of that of 6SVPWM, and the DC voltage utilization ratio of D3SVPWM and 6SVPWM is 1.155 times of that of 6SVPWM, and the current pulsation of D3SVPWM is minimum when two planar equivalent inductance ratios kz1z2 鈮,
