大型风电机组轮毂疲劳分析方法的研究

【摘要】:基于风电机组轮毂有限元分析模型,对兆瓦级风电机组轮毂疲劳损伤进行研究。利用叶素动量理论和惯性载荷计算得到动态疲劳载荷谱,结合轮毂材料力学性能,计算得出S-N曲线。有限元分析结果表明,多平均应力S-N曲线能较好地应用于平均应力修正,且当轮毂表面主应力方向有变化时,使用关键面法疲劳损伤模型分析更合适。以兆瓦级风电机组为例,对轮毂进行疲劳计算,得到具有较高指导意义的疲劳分析方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the finite element analysis model of wind turbine hub, the fatigue damage of megawatt wind turbine hub is studied. The dynamic fatigue load spectrum was obtained by using the momentum theory of leaf element and the inertia load calculation. The S-N curve was calculated by combining with the mechanical properties of the hub material. The results of finite element analysis show that the S-N curve of multiple mean stress can be applied to the correction of average stress, and when the direction of principal stress on the surface of hub changes, the fatigue damage model using the key plane method is more suitable. Taking megawatt wind turbine as an example, the fatigue analysis method of wheel hub is obtained.
