含分布式电源的配电网多目标供电恢复

【摘要】:为充分发挥分布式电源的优势,进一步提高配电网的供电可靠性,提出考虑分布式电源孤岛运行的多目标供电恢复算法。在分析含分布式发电配网故障到供电恢复流程的基础上,采用二进制粒子群算法搜索Pareto非支配解获得供电恢复方案。根据对开关动作次数和网损侧重点不同,为减少Pareto非支配解的数目,可分别优先考虑负荷损失最少、开关动作次数最少和负荷损失最少、网损最小为目标得到Pareto非支配解,然后分别计算网损、开关动作次数,从中选择非劣解,兼顾了供电恢复过程中负荷损失、开关动作次数和网络损耗。方法可生成具体供电恢复方案由用户根据情况灵活选择。最后通过IEEE 33节点测试系统验证了算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to give full play to the advantages of distributed power supply and further improve the reliability of distribution network, a multi-objective power supply recovery algorithm considering the island operation of distributed power supply is proposed. Based on the analysis of the flow of power supply recovery including the fault of distributed generation and distribution network, binary particle swarm optimization (BPSO) algorithm is used to search the Pareto non-dominated solution to obtain the power supply recovery scheme. In order to reduce the number of Pareto non-dominant solutions, the least load loss, the least number of switching operations and the least load loss can be considered respectively, and the Pareto non-dominant solution can be obtained by minimizing the network loss according to the number of switching actions and the emphasis of the network loss. Then, the network loss and switching operation times are calculated, and the non-inferior solution is selected, which takes into account the load loss, switch action number and network loss during the recovery of power supply. The method can generate specific power supply recovery scheme, which can be flexibly selected by the user according to the situation. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by IEEE 33 bus test system.
