配电变压器噪声抑制方法及试验的研究

【摘要】:变压器噪声是变压器的重要技术参数,衡量变压器生产厂家设计和制造水平,关键看变压器噪声水平的高低。本文介绍了配电变压器的噪声状况,通过噪声测量试验,充分结合国内外文献,对配变噪声的有效抑制措施进行了研究,优化低噪声配变的选型,明确了安装原则。研究的具体内容包括配电变压器噪声的有效抑制措施、常见因素对变压器噪声测量结果的影响以及工程人员在噪声方面的相关经验的验证等几个方面。进行了大量噪声测量试验,并对结果深入分析,得出以下结论:考虑噪声因素,油浸自冷式变压器具有显著优势;降低变压器噪声最根本、最有效的方法是采取有效的技术措施来控制和减小硅钢片的磁致伸缩ε;请变压器厂提供声级试验结果以供参考,便于在安装前明确所安装变压器的噪声等级,若无噪声相关数据,在其它条件一致时,选择空载损耗较小的变压器,一般噪声等级较低;安装变压器时,要严格遵守“在杆上倾斜不大于20mm”的规范;综合考虑配变噪声的各种抑制措施,提高变压器本身的质量是抑制其噪声等级的最有效手段。
[Abstract]:Transformer noise is an important technical parameter of transformer. To measure the level of transformer manufacturer's design and manufacture, the level of transformer noise depends on the level of transformer noise. In this paper, the noise condition of distribution transformer is introduced. By means of noise measurement test and combined with domestic and foreign literatures, the effective suppression measures of distribution transformer noise are studied, the selection of low noise distribution transformer is optimized, and the installation principle is clarified. The specific contents of the study include the effective suppression measures of distribution transformer noise, the influence of common factors on the measurement results of transformer noise, and the verification of the relevant experience of engineers in the noise field, and so on. A large number of noise measurement experiments have been carried out, and the results are analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: considering noise factors, oil-immersed self-cooling transformer has significant advantages, and the most fundamental method is to reduce the noise of transformer. The most effective method is to take effective technical measures to control and reduce the magnetostriction 蔚 of silicon steel sheet. Please provide the sound level test results for reference, so that the noise level of the installed transformer can be determined before installation. If there is no noise-related data, when other conditions are the same, the transformer with low no-load loss will have a lower noise level, and when installing the transformer, it is necessary to strictly abide by the specification of "tilting on the bar is not greater than 20mm". Considering all kinds of suppression measures of transformer noise, improving the quality of transformer itself is the most effective way to restrain its noise level.
