高压直流输电线路保护策略研究

【摘要】:高压直流输电在我国发展迅速,处理好安全性和稳定性的问题是高压直流输电首先需要解决的问题。与交流输电相比,直流输电具有输送容量大,经济效益好,控制灵活,可靠性高等优点。由于直流输电传输容量大,经常起着联络重要区域电网的作用,因此直流输电系统的保护非常重要。直流输电系统的保护和交流输电系统的保护在原理和配置上都有很大区别,直流输电系统的保护和控制相互影响,保护系统不能忽略控制系统的作用。首先研究高压直流输电常见故障及其机理,研究高压直流输电换相失败、换流器故障、线路故障、滤波器故障的现象及其故障机理,并研究减少故障发生几率和降低故障影响的措施。在仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC中研究直流输电线路在各种故障下的电磁暂态相应特性,研究高压直流线路发生短路故障时控制系统的响应特性。最后,分析高压直流输电线路的故障过程和机理,揭示了直流输电线路故障时故障行波的传播特性,并针对行波保护自身的特点,分析行波保护的优缺点及使用场合,提出新的行波保护方案。
[Abstract]:High voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission is developing rapidly in our country. It is the first problem that must be solved to deal with the safety and stability of HVDC transmission. Compared with AC transmission, DC transmission has the advantages of large transmission capacity, good economic benefit, flexible control and high reliability. The protection of HVDC transmission system is very important because of its large transmission capacity and the function of connecting with important regional power grid. The protection of HVDC transmission system and the protection of AC transmission system are very different in principle and configuration. The protection and control of HVDC transmission system interact with each other, and the protection system can not ignore the role of control system. First of all, the common faults and their mechanism of HVDC transmission are studied. The phenomena and fault mechanism of HVDC commutation failure, converter fault, line fault and filter fault are studied. The measures to reduce the probability of fault occurrence and to reduce the influence of fault are also studied. In the simulation software PSCAD / EMTDC, the electromagnetic transient characteristics of HVDC transmission lines under various faults are studied, and the response characteristics of the control system in the event of short circuit faults of HVDC lines are studied. Finally, the fault process and mechanism of HVDC transmission line are analyzed, and the propagation characteristics of fault traveling wave are revealed. According to the characteristics of traveling wave protection itself, the advantages and disadvantages of traveling wave protection and its application situation are analyzed. A new traveling wave protection scheme is proposed.
