110kV数字化变电站设计

【摘要】:数字化变电站是由智能化一次设备和网络化二次设备分层构建,能够实现变电站内智能电气设备间信息共享和互操作的现代化变电站。随着构建以特高压电网为骨干网架、各级电网协调发展的坚强智能电网的目标提出,智能化变电站的建设和发展便提上了进程。数字化变电站是智能化变电站发展的基础,是智能电网建设的重要节点。本文结合110kV数字化变电站工程实际,研究数字化变电站设计方法。 本文首先介绍了变电站自动化技术及数字化变电站的研究现状,讨论了数字化变电站区别于传统变电站的主要技术特征,阐述了数字化变电站的总体技术架构体系。 其次,对于数字式变电站的智能化一次设备,论述了电子式互感器及合并单元的工作原理、结构及技术性能,研究了基于智能终端的智能化一次设备的实现模式,提出了电子式互感器、合并单元及智能终端的配置原则及方法。 再次,对于数字式变电站的网络化二次设备,,论述了变电站的网络层次架构,并按网络架构分层的次序,分别阐述了站控层、间隔层、过程层的结构、特征,以及功能与性能要求,并针对各层特点与要求给出了站控层、间隔层、过程层的网络配置方案及二次设备配置原则。 最后,介绍了某110kV数字化变电站实际工程概况,给出了该数字化变电站具体实施方案,并对总体设计方案、配电装置设计方案、组网方案、监控保护系统方案等进行了详细的说明和分析。
[Abstract]:Digital substation is a modern substation which consists of intelligent primary equipment and networked secondary equipment. It can realize information sharing and interoperation among intelligent electrical devices in substation. With the construction of UHV power grid as the backbone of the grid, the goal of a strong smart grid with coordinated development of all levels of power grid has been put forward, and the construction and development of intelligent substation has been put forward to the process. Digital substation is the basis of intelligent substation development and an important node of smart grid construction. This paper studies the design method of digital substation based on 110 kV digital substation project. This paper first introduces the research status of substation automation technology and digital substation, discusses the main technical characteristics of digital substation which is different from traditional substation, and expounds the overall technical framework of digital substation. Secondly, for the intelligent primary equipment of digital substation, the working principle, structure and technical performance of electronic transformer and merging unit are discussed, and the realization mode of intelligent primary equipment based on intelligent terminal is studied. The configuration principle and method of electronic transformer, merging unit and intelligent terminal are put forward. Thirdly, for the network secondary equipment of digital substation, the network hierarchy structure of substation is discussed, and the structure and characteristics of station control layer, interval layer and process layer are expounded according to the order of network architecture stratification. According to the characteristics and requirements of each layer, the network configuration scheme of station control layer, interval layer, process layer and secondary equipment configuration principle are given. Finally, the paper introduces the actual engineering situation of a 110 kV digital substation, gives the concrete implementation scheme of the digital substation, and gives the overall design scheme, the distribution device design scheme and the networking scheme. The scheme of monitoring and protection system is explained and analyzed in detail.
