孤立电网安全稳定控制技术研究

【摘要】:电力系统孤网运行时,由于其机组数量少,机组容量小,系统稳定性差,各种故障情况下往往会造成系统频率大幅波动,甚至引起机组跳闸,大面积停电,造成严重损失。本文针对中电投集团蒙东能源公司霍煤鸿骏铝电公司的孤立电网,进行了系统安全稳定控制技术的研究。 首先,阐述了孤立电网的网架结构、保护配置、安全稳定控制装置配置和与其他相关专业的配合情况。 其次,针对该公司孤立电网分别进行了在不同风力出电情况下,发生线路故障、火电机组故障、风电全停或风电送出线故障和电解铝负荷故障对系统稳定情况影响的计算分析,对结果进行了总结,发现在发生故障时极易造成频率失稳的问题。对影响该孤立电网系统频率稳定的原因进行了分析,认为孤立电网系统出现故障时,火电机组和风电机组发出的功率与电解铝负荷吸收的功率不平衡是造成频率失稳的根本原因。 最后,对孤立电网运行的频率特点进行了阐述,对孤立电网运行情况下一次调频、二次调频、高频切机和低频减载等频率稳定控制措施进行了分析,并针对该公司孤立电网系统,提出采取切火电机组、切风机、切负荷整流变、切整期负荷等策略解决频率失稳的问题,并提出一系列完善的解决方案。
[Abstract]:In the operation of power system isolated network, due to its small number of units, small unit capacity, poor system stability, all kinds of failures will often cause large fluctuations in system frequency, even cause unit tripping, large area power failure, causing serious losses. In this paper, the system safety and stability control technology is studied for the isolated power grid of Huo Coal Hongjun Aluminium Power Company, Mendong Energy Company of China Electric Power Investment Group. Firstly, the network structure, protection configuration, safety and stability control device configuration of isolated power grid and the cooperation with other related majors are described. Secondly, according to the isolated power grid of the company, the influence of line fault, thermal power unit fault, wind power shutdown or wind power supply line fault and electrolytic aluminum load fault on the stability of the system are calculated and analyzed separately under different wind power generation conditions. The results are summarized and it is found that frequency instability is easy to occur in the event of failure. The reasons that affect the frequency stability of the isolated grid system are analyzed, and it is considered that when the isolated grid system fails, The fundamental cause of frequency instability is the imbalance between the power emitted by thermal power unit and wind turbine and the power absorbed by electrolytic aluminum load. Finally, the frequency characteristics of the isolated power network are expounded, and the frequency stability control measures such as primary frequency modulation, secondary frequency modulation, high frequency cutting machine and low frequency load reduction are analyzed. Aiming at the isolated power system of the company, this paper puts forward some strategies to solve the problem of frequency instability, such as shedding thermal power unit, cutting fan, load shedding rectifier and cutting load during the whole period, and puts forward a series of perfect solutions.
