基于COMSOL的OCT传感单元的多物理场研究与设计

【摘要】:随着电网向着智能化、数字化的方向不断发展,传统的电磁式电流互感器由于自身存在着一些不可克服的缺陷,越来越难以满足新时期智能电网对量测设备的要求。光学电流互感器凭借无饱和现象、动态范围大、频率响应宽、绝缘性能好等优点越来越受到人们的关注。然而在实际运行中,光学电流互感器(OCT)受磁场分布、温度、振动、光源等多种物理因素影响严重,表现为温度漂移和运行稳定性差两个方面。因此有必要对光学电流互感器的多物理场进行研究。 本文首先研究了各种内、外部因素对光学电流互感器的性能影响机理,提出时变的分布化参数模型。然后分别对OCT传感单元的电磁场、温度场以及光场进行了研究并利用有限元分析软件COMSOL Multiphysics建立相应的模型辅助研究。 在电磁场中分析了螺线管聚磁传感单元的管内外磁场,提出了一种提高光学电流互感器抗相间磁干扰能力的新方法-相间磁场正交技术,分析了螺线管聚磁式传感单元的电磁力问题,并在COMSOL建立了螺线管、Ω、平板三种载流形式的电磁场模型,通过等效的方法研究了电磁力问题、分析比较了各载流形式的特点及适用性、仿真结果表明了相间磁场正交技术的正确性和有效性;在温度场中研究了OCT传感单元的内热源问题,并利用热传导定律及其边界条件将这一问题数学化,并在COMSOL中建立了三种载流形式的内热源问题模型,分析比较了不同载流形式下OCT传感单元受内热源问题影响的程度,给出了设计优化建议;在光场中给出了光波场的概念,研究了光的偏振态理论和时谐均匀平面波的复数表示方法,并在COMSOL中实现了OCT传感单元中偏振光的光波场仿真。 最后在以上基于COMSOL对光学电流互感器传感单元多物理场研究的基础上,并综合考虑成本、加工难度与实用性等因素,设计了光学电流互感器的传感单元及其壳体,并实现了样机的研制。
[Abstract]:With the development of power grid towards intelligence and digitization, the traditional electromagnetic current transformer has some insurmountable defects, so it is more and more difficult to meet the requirements of measuring equipment in smart grid in the new period. Optical current transformers have attracted more and more attention by virtue of their advantages of non-saturation, wide dynamic range, wide frequency response and good insulation performance. However, in actual operation, optical current transformer (Oct) is seriously affected by many physical factors, such as magnetic field distribution, temperature, vibration, light source and other physical factors, such as temperature drift and poor operation stability. Therefore, it is necessary to study the multi-physical field of optical current transformer. In this paper, the influence mechanism of various internal and external factors on the performance of optical current transformer is studied, and a time-varying distributed parameter model is proposed. Then the electromagnetic field, temperature field and light field of Oct sensor unit are studied, and the corresponding model is established by using the finite element analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics. The magnetic field inside and outside the solenoid sensor unit is analyzed in the electromagnetic field. A new method to improve the ability of optical current transformer to resist the interphase magnetic interference is proposed, which is called the orthogonal technique of interphase magnetic field. The electromagnetic force of solenoid poly-magnetic sensing unit is analyzed, and the electromagnetic field models of solenoid, 惟 and plate are established in COMSOL. The electromagnetic force is studied by equivalent method. The characteristics and applicability of each current carrying form are analyzed and compared. The simulation results show the correctness and validity of the orthogonal technique of magnetic field between phases, and the internal heat source of Oct sensor unit is studied in the temperature field. By using the law of heat conduction and its boundary conditions, this problem is mathematized, and three kinds of internal heat source models are established in COMSOL, and the influence of Oct sensor unit on the internal heat source problem is analyzed and compared under different current carrying forms. The design optimization suggestion is given, the concept of optical wave field is given in the light field, the theory of polarization state of light and the complex representation method of time-harmonic uniform plane wave are studied, and the optical wave field simulation of polarized light in Oct sensor unit is realized in COMSOL. Finally, the sensor unit and its shell of optical current transformer are designed based on COMSOL and considering the cost, processing difficulty and practicability. The prototype is developed.
