基于SVPWM调制策略的两电平和三电平逆变器的损耗分析与效率比较

【摘要】:在工业领域以及日常生活领域对逆变器的使用越来越普遍,逆变器的效率问题也越来越受到人们的关心,因此也就成为了一个研究热点。 本文以逆变器的效率为研究对象,介绍了两电平逆变器在SVPWM控制方式下的损耗模型,并对两电平逆变器的控制策略、损耗等问题进行了研究和探讨。结合两电平逆变器的SVPWM控制策略对逆变器的效率进行了仿真研究,搭建了一个两电平逆变器的实验平台,对损耗模型的正确性进行实验验证。 建立了二极管中点钳位型(Neutral point clamped)三电平逆变器在SVPWM控制方式下的损耗模型,进行了损耗计算与分析,并与两电平逆变器进行了效率比较。为了进一步验证仿真效率比较的正确性,搭建了二极管中点钳位型三电平逆变器的实验平台,进行了实验验证。 通过仿真结果与实验结果,证明了基于本文SVPWM控制策略的两种逆变器损耗模型的正确性,并验证了三电平逆变器的输出效率更高。
[Abstract]:The use of inverter is becoming more and more common in industry and daily life, and the efficiency of inverter has been paid more and more attention, so it has become a research hotspot. Taking the efficiency of inverter as the research object, this paper introduces the loss model of two-level inverter under SVPWM control mode, and studies and discusses the control strategy and loss of two-level inverter. Combined with the SVPWM control strategy of two-level inverter, the efficiency of the inverter is simulated, and an experimental platform of two-level inverter is built to verify the correctness of the loss model. The loss model of diode neutral point clamped) three-level inverter is established. The loss calculation and analysis are carried out, and the efficiency is compared with that of two-level inverter. In order to further verify the correctness of the simulation efficiency, the experimental platform of diode neutral-point clamped three-level inverter is built and verified. The simulation results and experimental results show that the two loss models based on the SVPWM control strategy are correct and the output efficiency of the three-level inverter is higher.
