5kV高压开关电源的设计

【摘要】:高压电源在工业、农业、军事等领域有着广泛的用途,特别是在电力行业的绝缘测试方面起着重要作用。以往的高压电源具有电能利用率低,体积大,操作维修不便等缺点。随着开关电源技术的快速发展,高压电源领域也正在逐步采用开关电源技术。开关电源技术在高压电源领域的普遍应用将有效提升高压电源的性能。 论文介绍了国内外开关电源的现状及发展趋势,对开关电源的控制方式及主电路拓扑等进行了深入的研究与分析,并在此基础上提出来5kV高压开关电源的总体技术方案,设计了一款基于微控制器和脉宽调制(PWM)技术的高压开关电源。该高压开关电源采用单端反激式主电路拓扑结构,由微控器控制脉宽调制芯片TL494产生高频脉冲,,经高频变压器输出0~5kV连续可调电压。整个高压开关电源系统的硬件电路主要分为5个部分,其中包括调压稳压电路、升压电路、高频变压器、采样反馈电路和系统保护电路。其中高频变压器是设计的重点,论文采用输出功率表格法选择高频变压器磁芯,结合经验公式使之达到设计要求,对提高整个高压开关电源的性能起到重要作用。 采用功能强大的微处理器构成高压开关电源中的控制系统,结合A/D转换电路和D/A转换电路,组成具有完善控制和保护功能的高压开关电源系统。其中主要完成数据信息的采集和处理,利用转换后的数字量信号完成对整个电源系统的控制以及实现键盘录入、液晶显示等,具有良好的人机对话功能。 仿真和调试结果表明论文所设计的高压开关电源提高了电源的稳定性和降低了功率损耗,满足设计要求。该电源采用模拟电路与数字电路相互配合的方案,构成闭环实时监控系统,具有可靠性高、调压范围宽、控制性能好等优点。
[Abstract]:High voltage power supply is widely used in industrial, agricultural, military and other fields, especially in the insulation testing of electric power industry. The past high voltage power supply has the disadvantages of low power utilization, large volume, inconvenient operation and maintenance. With the rapid development of switching power technology, the field of high voltage power supply is also gradually using switch Power supply technology. The application of switching power supply technology in the field of high-voltage power supply will effectively enhance the performance of high voltage power supply.
This paper introduces the current situation and development trend of switching power supply at home and abroad, studies and analyses the control mode and main circuit topology of the switching power supply. On this basis, the general technical scheme of the 5kV high voltage switching power supply is proposed, and a high voltage switching power supply based on the micro controller and the pulse width modulation (PWM) technology is designed. The high voltage switching power supply adopts the single end flyback main circuit topology, which generates high frequency pulse by the micro controller TL494 pulse width modulation chip, and output 0 to 5kV continuous adjustable voltage through high frequency transformer. The hardware circuit of the whole high voltage switching power supply system is divided into 5 parts, including voltage regulation circuit, boost circuit and high frequency voltage variable voltage circuit. The high frequency transformer is the key point of the design. The paper selects the high frequency transformer core by the output power form method, and makes it meet the design requirements with the empirical formula. It plays an important role in improving the performance of the high voltage switching power supply.
Using a powerful microprocessor to form a control system in a high voltage switching power supply, combined with the A/D conversion circuit and the D/A conversion circuit, a high voltage switching power supply system with perfect control and protection functions is composed, which mainly completes the collection and processing of data information, and completes the control of the whole power supply system by using the converted digital signal. System and keyboard input, LCD display, etc., has a good man-machine conversation function.
The simulation and debugging results show that the high voltage switching power supply designed in this paper improves the stability of the power supply and reduces the power loss, and meets the design requirements. The power supply adopts the scheme of analog and digital circuits to form a closed loop real-time monitoring system, which has the advantages of high reliability, wide range of voltage regulation and good control performance.
