海淀500kV电缆附件设计与应用研究

【摘要】:随着人们对电能需求的增大,大城市用电量增加,负荷密度增大,需要采用更高输送能力的输电方式,500kV电缆输电系统作为目前国际上投入商业化运行的电压等级最高的电缆输电方式,是未来特大型城市电能输送的主要形式,同时也是目前水电站电能送出的一种主要方式。 本文分析了500kV电缆的电场分布情况,选择了用于电应力控制的方法,选择了应力锥的制作材料,并对应力锥尺寸制作的研究方法进行了分析,确定了电缆附件的结构形式。 本文根据电缆附件的尺寸及安装要求,制定了三种电缆附件的安装工艺和两种专用工艺,并对电缆附件的安装环境提出了要求。 本文根据海淀500kV电缆系统短路电流的水平和接地系统的方式,经过计算确定了接地电缆和同轴电缆的截面、中间接头交叉互联箱内的护层保护器性能要求。 本文进行了电缆及隧道运行监测系统,确定了主要监测因素,并制定了相应的实施措施,为海淀500kV电缆线路的运行安全提供了保证。
[Abstract]:With the increase of people's demand for electricity, the power consumption in big cities increases, and the load density increases. As the highest voltage transmission mode in commercial operation in the world, the 500kV cable transmission system, which needs a higher transmission capacity, is the main form of electric power transmission in large cities in the future. At the same time, it is also a main way to send out the electric energy of hydropower station at present. In this paper, the electric field distribution of 500kV cable is analyzed, the method of electric stress control is selected, the material of stress cone is selected, the research method of the size of stress cone is analyzed, and the structural form of cable accessory is determined. According to the size and installation requirements of cable accessories, the installation technology and two special processes of three kinds of cable accessories are formulated in this paper, and the requirements for installation environment of cable accessories are put forward. According to the level of short-circuit current in Haidian 500kV cable system and the mode of grounding system, the performance requirements of protective protector in the interconnecting box of interconnecting intermediate joint and earthing cable are determined by calculating the cross-section of grounding cable and coaxial cable. In this paper, the cable and tunnel operation monitoring system has been carried out, the main monitoring factors have been determined, and the corresponding implementation measures have been drawn up, which provide a guarantee for the operation safety of Haidian 500kV cable line.
