中山供电局500kV变电站无人值班方案研究及实践

【摘要】:近年来,电网技术向大容量、超高压、直流输电的方向快速发展,500kV电网成为我国电网主架构。而变电站实现无人值班(或少人值守)是提高电网现代化控制和管理水平的一种先进方式,是现代化电网运行管理追求的目标,是电网调度自动化深入发展的必然趋势。变电站综合自动化系统具有信息收集处理量大、信息反馈快等人力不能超越的优点,开展500kV变电站无人值班方案的研究,对提高电网的运作效率,提升电网的管理水平,实施集约经营有着积极的意义。随着中山电力系统规模不断扩大,500kV变电站的运行维护成本不断提高,尤其是对装置维护性的试验、定检而对一次设备的停电,这将增加电力有序供应的难度。。本文针对目前中山500kV电网建设和运行管理状况,对500kV变电站无人值班综合自动化系统设计与实现进行了研究。本文首先总结了当前中山电网500kV变电站的运行管理状况,在此基础上,对中山500kV变电站实施无人值班综合自动化系统的可行性和必要性进行了分析,并对500kV变电站无人值班综合自动化系统进行了规划。然后提出了500kV变电站无人值班综合自动化系统的总体方案,并以桂山站为例,详细介绍了500kV变电站无人值班综合自动化系统的软、硬件设计和改造施工方案。最后给出了中山500kV变电站无人值班综合自动化系统与传统有人值班变电站及其他无人值班变电站的对比,证明了所设计的500kV变电站无人值班综合自动化系统的可行性和效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the power network technology to the direction of large capacity, ultra-high voltage, direct current transmission rapid development of 500kV power network has become the main structure of the power network in China. The realization of unattended substation is an advanced way to improve the level of modern power network control and management, is the goal of modern power network operation management, and is the inevitable trend of the development of power grid dispatching automation. Substation integrated automation system has the advantages of large amount of information collection and processing, fast information feedback and so on. The research on the unattended scheme of 500kV substation can improve the operation efficiency of power network and improve the management level of power network. The implementation of intensive management has a positive significance. With the expansion of Zhongshan electric power system scale, the operation and maintenance cost of 500kV substation is increasing, especially the maintainability test of the equipment and the blackout of the primary equipment, which will increase the difficulty of the orderly supply of electric power. According to the construction and operation management of Zhongshan 500kV power network, this paper studies the design and realization of the integrated automation system of 500kV substation. This paper first summarizes the current operation and management situation of 500kV substation in Zhongshan Power Grid, and then analyzes the feasibility and necessity of implementing the unmanned integrated automation system in Zhongshan 500kV substation. And the integrated automation system of 500 kV substation without on duty is planned. Then, the overall scheme of the integrated automation system for 500 kV substation is put forward. Taking Guishan station as an example, the hardware and software design of the integrated automation system for 500 kV substation is introduced in detail, as well as the reconstruction construction scheme. In the end, the comparison between the integrated automation system of unmanned duty in Zhongshan 500kV substation and the traditional unattended substation and other unattended substations is given, which proves the feasibility and benefit of the designed integrated automation system for 500kV substation.
