基于模糊自适应PID控制的永磁同步电机调速系统研究

【摘要】:本文以永磁同步电机为控制对象来研究其调速性能,考虑到永磁同步电机具有非线性、强耦合、多变量等特点,而传统的控制器设计已不能满足交流调速系统的更高性能的驱动要求,本文在传统PID控制基础上提出的一种改进型的模糊技术。该技术可以改善传统的PID控制品质,增强系统灵活性和适应性,有效提高永磁同步电机交流调速系统性能。论文的主要研究工作和成果如下: (1)利用坐标变换建立了永磁同步电机在三相静止坐标系下和两相旋转坐标系下的数学模型,采用id0的矢量控制策略及电流环和转速环的双闭环控制方案,以电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)为调制算法,在此基础上对矢量控制原理、SVPWM原理及其控制算法的设计与实现进行了详细的分析。 (2)为了有效提高永磁同步电机PID调速控制系统的性能,研究了一种模糊自适应转速控制器设计方法。利用MATLAB/simulink软件建立了基于SVPWM的永磁同步电机模糊逻辑调速系统仿真模型,对电流环和转速环分别采用PID控制、模糊自适应PID控制的PMSM系统进行了仿真,仿真结果验证了模型的正确性和控制算法的有效性。 (3)选用德国Infineon公司的XE164芯片和功率驱动模块6ED003L06F,并设计了完善的外围电路,完成系统的硬件设计。系统软件设计采用C语言和模块化的程序思想。并搭建了软硬件测试平台。实验结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制算法更能使调速系统具有良好的动、静态特性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as the control object to study its speed performance. Considering that PMSM has the characteristics of nonlinear, strong coupling, multivariable and so on, the traditional controller design can not meet the higher performance requirements of the AC speed control system. An improved fuzzy technique based on the traditional PID control is proposed in this paper. The technology can improve the traditional PID control quality, enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the system, and effectively improve the performance of the PMSM AC speed control system. The main research work and results of this paper are as follows:
(1) the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the three-phase stationary coordinate system and the two phase rotating coordinate system is established by using the coordinate transformation. The vector control strategy of id0 and the double closed loop control scheme of the current loop and the speed ring are adopted, and the voltage space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) is used as the tuning algorithm. On this basis, the vector control principle, the original SVPWM The design and implementation of the control algorithm and its control algorithm are analyzed in detail.
(2) in order to effectively improve the performance of PID speed control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a design method of fuzzy adaptive speed controller is studied. The simulation model of fuzzy logic speed control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on SVPWM is established by using MATLAB/simulink software, and PID control and fuzzy adaptive PID are used for the current loop and speed loop respectively. The PMSM system is simulated, and the simulation results verify the correctness of the model and the effectiveness of the control algorithm.
(3) select the XE164 chip and power drive module 6ED003L06F of German Infineon company, and design a perfect peripheral circuit to complete the hardware design of the system. The system software design adopts the C language and the modularized program thought. And the software and hardware test platform is built. The experimental results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm can make the speed regulation system more effective. The system has good dynamic and static characteristics.
