变压器铁心接地智能在线监测装置的研究设计

【摘要】:变压器需要一点接地,但又绝不允许多点接地,在对其分析论述的基础上,抓住接地故障主为电流变化的特点,摒弃常规电磁感应方式,运用霍尔技术采样,并利用正负电源过零特点,将其设置为比较判断值,大幅提高测试准确度,同时引入单片机技术,实现计算、存储和信号远传等多项功能,研制出了较为先进完善的变压器铁心接地电流在线监测装置。
[Abstract]:The transformer needs a little grounding, but it will never allow multi-point earthing. On the basis of analyzing and discussing it, the main characteristic of current variation in grounding fault should be grasped, and the conventional electromagnetic induction mode should be abandoned, and Hall technology should be used to sample the earth. By using the zero-crossing characteristic of positive and negative power supply, it is set to compare and judge value, and the accuracy of test is greatly improved. At the same time, the single-chip computer technology is introduced to realize many functions, such as calculation, storage and remote transmission of signal, etc. A more advanced on-line monitoring device for earthing current of transformer core is developed.
