变电站蓄电池在线监测系统的应用与研究

【摘要】:变电站备用电源中广泛使用的阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池(Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery以下简称蓄电池或VRLA)在性能方面被广泛认可,其作用是在交流电源失电时为站内断路器等重要设备提供分合闸操作的动力。蓄电池的可靠性关系到电网安全稳定,但运行维护时有多种不利条件使其性能降低,寿命缩短。所以优化当前的运维手段,准确把握蓄电池性能状态是提高备用电源可靠性的关键。论文的背景为东莞电网站用蓄电池,使用分析原理、描述性研究的方法进行蓄电池内阻、剩余电量和老化系数在线监测技术的研究,并设计适用于东莞电网的监测系统。论文首先介绍蓄电池剩余电量Soc、老化系数Soh的定义,在目前核对性放电法测容量的基础上使用安时定律,Peukert方程进行精确修正的方法。阐述了内阻与剩余电量、老化系数的相关性及内阻监测优点和局限性。重点研究两种适用于变电站蓄电池的内阻测试技术:直流放电法、交流放电法。接下来论文研究蓄电池加速老化的内部机理与外部因素,找到东莞电网在运维中影响蓄电池寿命的两个关键点:运行环境温度、浮充电压,并确定在线监测系统应监测的5个关键特征量。第四章描述了在线监测系统对于5个特征量的测试模块设计、基于网络化TCP/IP协议的系统方案。最后介绍东莞电网服役运行的几套在线监测装置的应用情况,着重介绍系统的实时监控、历史数据查询、状态评价、充放电监测等几个功能模块的使用,实现蓄电池组的远程集中监控管理。论文根据现有运维手段落后的现状,有针对性的将蓄电池参数测试系统与网络化计算机监控系统相结合,蓄电池在线监测系统的研发大大降低了蓄电池的维护成本,提高蓄电池组性能和可靠性,效果显著。
[Abstract]:The valve-controlled sealed lead-acid battery (Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery or VRLA), which is widely used in the standby power supply of substation, has been widely recognized in terms of performance. Its function is to provide the power of opening and closing operation for the important equipment such as circuit breaker in the station when the AC power supply is off. The reliability of the battery relates to the safety and stability of the power network, but there are many disadvantages in operation and maintenance, which make its performance lower and its life shorter. So it is the key to improve the reliability of the backup power supply to optimize the current operation and maintenance means and accurately grasp the performance state of the battery. The background of this paper is the battery used in Dongguan electricity website. The analysis principle and descriptive research method are used to study the on-line monitoring technology of battery internal resistance, residual electricity quantity and aging coefficient, and the monitoring system suitable for Dongguan power network is designed. This paper first introduces the definition of battery residual power Socand aging coefficient Soh. On the basis of the current checking discharge method the method of accurate correction by using the amperage law and Peukert equation is used. The correlation between internal resistance and residual electricity quantity, aging coefficient, advantages and limitations of internal resistance monitoring are expounded. This paper focuses on two kinds of internal resistance test techniques for substation batteries: DC discharge method and AC discharge method. Then the paper studies the internal mechanism and external factors of accelerated aging of battery, and finds two key points that affect battery life in Dongguan power grid: operating environment temperature, floating charge voltage, and so on. Five key characteristic quantities should be monitored in the online monitoring system. The fourth chapter describes the design of the online monitoring system for the test module of five features, and the system scheme based on the network TCP/IP protocol. Finally, this paper introduces the application of several on-line monitoring devices used in Dongguan power grid, with emphasis on the use of several functional modules, such as real-time monitoring, historical data query, status evaluation, charge and discharge monitoring, etc. The remote centralized monitoring and management of battery group is realized. According to the present situation of backward operation and maintenance methods, the paper combines the battery parameter testing system with the networked computer monitoring system. The research and development of the battery online monitoring system greatly reduces the battery maintenance cost. The performance and reliability of battery group are improved and the effect is remarkable.
