基于RTDS的有源电力滤波器实物控制器闭环仿真技术

【摘要】:为高效实现电力电子装置技术验证及测试,提出一种基于实时数字仿真仪(RTDS)的有源电力滤波器(APF)控制器闭环仿真测试方法,三相电网、负荷及APF逆变桥、直流侧电容和断路器等一次回路由RTDS中的软件进行模拟,APF控制和保护则采用实际装置中的控制板。通过5类信号调理模块解决APF控制器与RTDS软件模型之间的信号匹配问题,形成RTDS的实物控制器仿真实验标准接口。整体仿真模型在RTDS小步长环境中构建,提出绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)触发脉冲、保护控制信号逻辑、RTDS中短路故障模型、操作观察界面等核心模块建模方法,形成了完整的测试步骤和测试项目。通过将APF控制器的RTDS测试数据与实际装置的测试数据进行对比分析,验证了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the technical verification and test of power electronic devices efficiently, a closed-loop simulation test method of active power filter (APF) controller based on real-time digital simulator (RTDS) is proposed. The three-phase power network, load and APF inverter bridge are used in the test. The control and protection of DC side capacitors and circuit breakers are simulated by the software of RTDS. The signal matching problem between APF controller and RTDS software model is solved by five kinds of signal conditioning modules, and the standard interface of simulation experiment of RTDS physical controller is formed. The whole simulation model is constructed in the RTDS small step environment. The modeling method of the core modules such as the (IGBT) trigger pulse of the insulated gate bipolar transistor, the short circuit fault model of the protection control signal logic and the operation observation interface are proposed. Complete test steps and test items are formed. The validity of the method is verified by comparing the RTDS test data of the APF controller with the test data of the actual device.
