PSA在核电厂技术规范优化中的应用

【摘要】：本文阐述了风险指引型技术规范(Risk-informed Technical Specification,RITS)和风险管理型技术规范(Risk-Managed Technical Specification,RMTS)的技术内涵以及对于核电厂运行和安全管理的重要意义,并对PSA技术在技术规范优化中的应用情况以及具体应用工作中的一些问题进行了分析和讨论。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the technical connotation of Risk-informed Technical specification (RITS) and Risk-Managed Technical specification (RMTS), as well as their significance for the operation and safety management of nuclear power plants, are described. The application of PSA technology in technical specification optimization and some problems in its application are analyzed and discussed.
