新能源发电集中运行监控方法研究

【摘要】:随着可再生能源技术的飞速发展,风能和太阳能发电技术得到了越来越广泛的应用。新能源发电项目的建设速度日益加快,设备的种类数量日益增多,但由于各品牌设备间的监控系统品牌不同且不兼容,给新能源企业经营管理带来诸多不便。 新能源发电具有分布区域广、数量多、现场运行条件复杂,环境恶劣等特点,其设备的安全运行和检修维护存在着诸多问题。因新能源发电场站大多设计在条件恶劣、人烟稀少的地方,容易使运维人员监控不到位,而造成设备的安全隐患不能被及时发现,严重的甚至会造成设备损毁、系统瘫痪等后果。实现新能源发电系统的安全、稳定运行,并且最大范围内降低新能源发电设备运维成本是运营商急需解决的问题。对于企业来说,创建一个统一的集中运行监控系统是便于管理、节省开支、降低成本的最佳方式。 本文介绍了新能源发电监控系统主要功能结构,并对集中运行监控进行了详细分析。系统应用光纤通讯技术、控制技术等技术,实现对新能源发电主设备、输变电设备等统一上传主站,研究了一套将新能源发电设备集中监控管理的解决方案。本文设计的集中监控系统分为发电现场侧、场部监控中心、总部集中监管中心共三层系统来对企业新能源场站进行监控和集中管理,以实现统一监控,统一调度,统一数据上传,统一管理,满足电网调度要求的数据上传,实现生产运行管理,设备故障诊断系统。建成全面监控,科学管理的集中监控设备,使管理层随时掌握各现场生产动态的集中监控系统。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of renewable energy technology, wind and solar power generation technology has been more and more widely used. The construction speed of the new energy power generation project is accelerating day by day, the number of equipments is increasing day by day, but because of the different and incompatible brands of the monitoring system among the brands of equipments, it brings many inconvenience to the management of the new energy enterprise. The new energy power generation has the characteristics of wide distribution, large quantity, complex operation conditions and bad environment. There are many problems in the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment. Because most of the new energy power stations are designed in poor conditions and sparsely populated places, it is easy to make the operation and maintenance personnel monitoring not in place, and the safety hidden dangers of the equipment can not be detected in time, and serious ones may even cause equipment damage. Paralysis of the system, etc. It is an urgent problem for operators to realize the safe and stable operation of the new energy power generation system and to reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the new energy generation equipment in the maximum range. For enterprises, creating a unified centralized operation monitoring system is the best way to facilitate management, save expenses and reduce costs. This paper introduces the main function structure of the new energy power generation monitoring system, and analyzes the centralized operation monitoring system in detail. The system applies optical fiber communication technology, control technology and other technologies to realize the unified uploading of the main equipment of new energy generation, transmission and transformation equipment to the master station. A set of solutions for centralized monitoring and management of new energy power generation equipment are studied. The centralized monitoring system designed in this paper is divided into three layers: generation site side, field department monitoring center and headquarters centralized supervision center to monitor and centralize the new energy station in order to realize unified monitoring and dispatching. Unified data upload, unified management, data upload to meet the requirements of grid dispatching, production operation management, equipment fault diagnosis system. A centralized monitoring system with comprehensive monitoring and scientific management is built to enable the management to master the production dynamics at any time.
