直线永磁同步电机电感测试技术研究

【摘要】:作为将电能直接变换为直线运动的机构,直线永磁同步电机不需要从旋转运动到直线运动转化的中间环节而实现对负载的直接驱动,具有定位精度高、响应速度快等优势特点。因此直线永磁同步电机正在成为高档数控机床的主要功能部件,在高精数控机床、光刻机、IC制造装备等领域应用十分广泛。直线永磁同步电机电感的准确程度对电机特性及性能的计算精度、数学模型的准确度、运动控制系统的控制性能具有十分重要的影响,是研究其运行性能、驱动控制器设计的关键。为了解决传统电感测试方法的缺陷和不足,本文对直线永磁同步电机的电感测试方法进行了研究。 首先,本文提出了一种直线永磁同步电机高精度电感测试方法,并对该方法进行了理论分析,提出了不同绕组连接方式的被测电机提出相应的电感测试方案。为获得直线永磁同步电机的仿真电感以便为测试结果提供参考,对被测样机电感进行了3D分析。 其次,对直线永磁同步电机电感测试系统进行了整体结构设计,对所需的实验设备及器件进行选择,设计了电感测试系统中的信号采样电路和调理电路等硬件电路,并对自动测试系统进行软件开发。 再次,应用电感测试新方法对被测样机进行参数测试实验,并将实验结果与有限元仿真进行对比,证明了测试新方法的正确性。对电感测试新方法及测试系统进行误差分析,,证明了新方法的高精度性,并提出减小电感测试误差的方法。 最后,通过新方法与传统测试方法中的直流衰减法及有限元仿真的对比分析,通过实验验证,说明了电感测试新方法的优越性。
[Abstract]:As a mechanism for converting electrical energy directly into linear motion, the linear permanent magnet synchronous motor does not need the intermediate link from rotating motion to linear motion to realize the direct driving of the load, which has the advantages of high positioning accuracy and fast response speed. Therefore, linear permanent magnet synchronous motor (LPM) is becoming the main functional component of high-grade NC machine tools. It is widely used in many fields such as high-precision NC machine tools, lithography machines, IC manufacturing equipment and so on. The accuracy of inductance of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has a very important influence on the calculation accuracy of motor characteristics and performance, the accuracy of mathematical model and the control performance of motion control system. In order to solve the defects and shortcomings of the traditional inductance test method, the inductance test method of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied in this paper. Firstly, a high precision inductance test method for linear permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed, and the method is theoretically analyzed, and the corresponding inductance test scheme is put forward for the tested motor with different winding connection modes. In order to obtain the emulation inductance of the linear permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) so as to provide reference for the test results, the inductance of the prototype is analyzed in 3D. Secondly, the inductance test system of linear permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is designed. The necessary experimental equipment and devices are selected, and the signal sampling circuit and conditioning circuit are designed. And carry on the software development to the automatic test system. Thirdly, the new method of inductance testing is used to test the parameters of the prototype, and the experimental results are compared with the finite element simulation, which proves the correctness of the new method. The error analysis of the new inductance test method and the test system proves the high accuracy of the new method and puts forward a method to reduce the error of the inductance test. Finally, through the comparison and analysis of the new method with the DC attenuation method and the finite element simulation, the superiority of the new method is proved by experiment.
