600MW火电机组模拟量控制系统设计和研究

【摘要】:本文以某2×600MW火电机组为例,对其模拟量控制系统进行研究,在常规控制方案的基础上进行细节上的优化设计,并在系统逻辑中得到实现,着重对协调控制系统的原理、控制方案和闭环逻辑等进行了深入剖析,也对燃烧控制系统、汽温控制系统和给水控制系统等给予了重点关注并对关键控制方案进行了阐述。具体控制回路包括单元机组负荷控制回路、RB回路、锅炉主控回路、汽机主控回路、燃料主控回路等。相关回路经调试投入运行后,机组的负荷适应能力得到有效改善。给出了部分控制系统的建议继续优化的策略。
[Abstract]:This paper takes a 2 x600MW thermal power unit as an example to study its analog control system. Based on the conventional control scheme, the detailed optimization design is carried out and realized in the system logic. The principle, control scheme and closed-loop logic of the coordinated control system are analyzed in detail. The combustion control system and steam temperature are also discussed. The control system and feed water control system have been paid more attention to and the key control schemes have been expounded. The specific control loops include load control loops, RB loops, boiler main control loops, turbine main control loops, fuel main control loops and so on. Improvement. Some strategies for controlling the system are given.
