电力输电设备状态监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:新疆电力有着世界上最长的输电线路,作为新疆电力输送纽带的输电线路具有距离长、分散性大、难以巡视和维护等特点,需要人员定期巡检、定期维修,占用人员数量多,整体工作强度高,受环境和人为因素影响大,维护任务繁重。为此新疆电力公司提出建设可对输电线路设备进行实时在线监测的系统,应对建设规模越来越快的输电线路和管理不对称的矛盾,提升输电线路管理水平,提高供电可靠性。 本文设计实现的输电设备状态监测系统建立数据中心及分析平台,以数据中心的思路建立状态检修数据库,为状态评估和检修辅助决策提供高质量的数据,同时运用相关技术手段实现对数据的合理在线分析和展现,为状态监测系统提供技术手段,实现有效的设备状态管理。系统在现有的评价导则及已经建成的状态检修辅助决策专家系统的基础上,采用专家评价系统以实现更为自动化和智能化的状态检修评价、故障诊断及状态分析预测的工作。系统有输电线路状态监测、气象环境监测、导线温度监测、杆塔微风震动监测、杆塔绝缘子监测管理等功能。 系统已在新疆电力公司试点应用,系统的应用提高了新疆电力输电在线监测手段的集成化程度,将新疆电网各类输变电设备在线监测信息进行统一接收、存储、处理,解决各地州公司在线监测系统孤岛运行的现状,建立合理的运行维护机制,实现主站系统数据在生产中的有效应用,以及为调度、应急管理等提供有效信息。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang electric power has the longest transmission line in the world. As the transmission link of Xinjiang electric power transmission line, it has the characteristics of long distance, large dispersion, difficult to inspect and maintain, and so on. The whole work intensity is high, by the environment and the human factor influence is big, the maintenance task is heavy. Therefore, Xinjiang Electric Power Company proposes to build a real-time on-line monitoring system for transmission line equipment, to deal with the contradiction between the construction of transmission lines and the asymmetry of management, to improve the management level of transmission lines and to improve the reliability of power supply. The transmission equipment condition monitoring system designed and implemented in this paper establishes the data center and the analysis platform, establishes the condition maintenance database with the thought of the data center, and provides the high quality data for the condition evaluation and maintenance auxiliary decision. At the same time, the relevant technical means are used to realize the reasonable on-line analysis and display of the data, which provides the technical means for the condition monitoring system, and realizes the effective equipment state management. Based on the existing evaluation guidelines and the established condition based maintenance aided decision expert system, the expert evaluation system is adopted to realize more automatic and intelligent condition maintenance evaluation, fault diagnosis and condition analysis and prediction. The system has the functions of transmission line condition monitoring, meteorological environment monitoring, conductor temperature monitoring, pole tower breeze vibration monitoring, pole tower insulator monitoring and management, etc. The system has been applied in Xinjiang Electric Power Company on a pilot basis. The application of the system has improved the integration of the on-line monitoring means of Xinjiang electric power transmission and transmission, and unified the on-line monitoring information of all kinds of transmission and transformation equipment in Xinjiang Power Grid for receiving, storing and processing. This paper solves the current situation of the isolated island operation of the online monitoring system in various states, establishes a reasonable operation and maintenance mechanism, realizes the effective application of the data of the master station system in production, and provides effective information for dispatching, emergency management and so on.
