节能发电调度下基于虚拟机组的日前负荷调度模型

【摘要】:为促进节能减排,扩大系统对可再生能源的接纳,可通过负荷调度将负荷侧可调节资源常态化地纳入到电力系统调度运行中。文章研究将需求侧资源进行虚拟机组建模的方法,分析虚拟机组的成本特性及负荷调度对参与方的经济利益影响,同时分析了负荷的物理特性以及作为虚拟机组需要遵循的约束。在此基础上,建立节能发电调度模式下的日前负荷调度模型,通过日前小时电价调用小时响应负荷和日内可转移负荷,以更少的发电成本实现电力行业更高层次的节能减排,最后通过对负荷调度结果的还原将虚拟机组出力转换为实际负荷值。算例表明所建立的日前负荷调度模型可方便地进行负荷调度,有效降低煤耗和污染物排放,并达到较好的削峰填谷效果。
[Abstract]:In order to promote energy saving and emission reduction and expand the system's acceptance of renewable energy, load side adjustable resources can be regularized into power system dispatching operation through load dispatching. In this paper, the method of modeling the virtual machine group with demand-side resources is studied, and the cost characteristics of the virtual machine group and the impact of load scheduling on the economic benefits of the participants are analyzed. At the same time, the physical characteristics of the load and the constraints to be followed as a virtual machine group are analyzed. On this basis, the pre-day load dispatching model under the mode of energy-saving generation dispatching is established, which calls the hourly response load and intra-day transferable load through the electricity price before the day, so as to achieve the higher level of energy saving and emission reduction in the power industry with less generation cost. Finally, the virtual machine group output is converted to the actual load value by restoring the load scheduling results. The example shows that the pre-day load dispatching model is convenient for load dispatching, which can effectively reduce coal consumption and pollutant emission, and achieve a better effect of peak cutting and valley filling.
