35kV智能化变电站合并单元技术的研究

【摘要】:在国家当前的“坚强智能电网”的发展战略下,35kV变电站作为智能电网变电的最后一个节点,是电力系统中相当重要的一个环节。它在国家电力事业的发展中发挥着关键性的作用,特别是为三农用电方面提供着可靠的支撑。为适应未来对变电站的智能化要求,35kV变电站的智能化升级改造势在必行。合并单元实现了对互感器输出的电压、电流信号数字化的转换,是过程层与间隔层的重要数字接口设备。本文首先对比了智能化变电站和传统变电站,指明了合并单元在智能化变电站中的重要作用。按照智能化变电站建设的IEC61850标准,提出了一种基于ARM+FPGA的适用于35kV智能化变电站合并单元的设计方案。根据35kV变电站的特点和合并单元的技术规范,本文将合并单元分为三大功能模块展开研究,包括数据接收与处理模块、数据同步功能模块和数据通讯功能模块。从模拟量信号的电流电压转换和模拟量小信号的放大转换、A/D转换、数字滤波、GPS秒脉冲同步、光口电口转换和以太网报文发送等功能方面,具体实现了合并单元的三个功能模块。最后,对每个功能部分进行了实验测试。实验结果表明,该合并单元方案设计正确可行,各功能模块的性能指标满足合并单元的技术要求,以太网发送的IEC61850-9-2LE规约组帧的采样值数据传输正确。本合并单元根据数量广大的35kV变电站的现状:电子式互感器与传统互感器将会长期共存。为35kV变电站设计了一种合并单元,该合并单元提供了传统互感器和电子式互感器数据信息的接口,利用GPS秒脉冲同步方法解决了合并单元的时钟同步问题。以数字化的手段,完成对35kV变电站智能化的升级改造,对35kV变电站的智能化建设有着非常重要的研究意义。
[Abstract]:Under the current development strategy of "strong smart grid" in China, 35 kV substation, as the last node of smart grid substation, is a very important link in power system. It plays a key role in the development of the national electric power industry, especially provides reliable support for the three rural areas. In order to meet the requirement of intelligent substation in the future, it is imperative to upgrade and upgrade 35 kV substation intelligently. The merging unit realizes the digitization conversion of the voltage and current signals of the transformer and is an important digital interface device between the process layer and the interval layer. Firstly, this paper compares the intelligent substation with the traditional substation, and points out the important role of the merging unit in the intelligent substation. According to the IEC61850 standard of intelligent substation construction, a design scheme of 35kV intelligent substation merging unit based on ARM FPGA is proposed. According to the characteristics of 35kV substation and the technical specification of merging unit, this paper divides the merging unit into three functional modules, including data receiving and processing module, data synchronization function module and data communication function module. From the aspects of current and voltage conversion of analog signal and amplification conversion of small analog signal, digital filtering GPS pulse synchronization, optical port conversion and Ethernet message transmission, three functional modules of the combined unit are implemented. Finally, each function part is tested. The experimental results show that the scheme design is correct and feasible, the performance index of each functional module meets the technical requirements of the merging unit, and the sampling value data transmission of the IEC61850-9-2LE protocol frame sent by Ethernet is correct. According to the large number of 35kV substation, electronic transformer and traditional transformer will coexist for a long time. A merging unit is designed for 35kV substation, which provides the interface between traditional transformer and electronic transformer data information. The clock synchronization problem of merging unit is solved by using the method of GPS second pulse synchronization. It is of great significance for the intelligent construction of 35kV substation to complete the intelligent upgrading of 35kV substation by means of digitization.
