天通公司太阳能路灯组件选型系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:迅速发展的世界经济得益于化石能源,如石油、天然气、煤炭的广泛的投入应用。然而,常规能源使用过度,导致能源枯竭,因此开发新能源,量产新能源已经是迫在眉睫的事宜。太阳能路灯是在国内光伏应用很广泛的一种应用方式。其系统组成是由太阳能路灯支架、LED灯头、太阳能灯具控制器、蓄电池(包括蓄电池保温箱)和光伏组件。本论文正是针对太阳能路灯在不同环境下对光伏组件不同需求而设计的一款自助选型软件。本论文目的针对实际市场寻求,设计与实现一块天通公司自己的太阳能路灯选型软件。本软件主要功能为:1.根据客户最终对LED灯头功率的要求,软件为客户配置出合理的蓄电池大小,保证路灯能在阴雨天气维持3天以上的使用时间。2.根据客户最终对LED灯头功率的要求,软件为客户设计出最佳的组件设计方案,设计方案包括组件总装设计图、组件正面设计图、组件背面设计图等。3.根据不同太阳能路灯安装位置,提供组件安装最佳倾角,保证组件有最佳的发电效率。本论文的主要工作则利用Microsoft Visual Studio软件开发平台和C#编程语言开发出这款天通公司太阳能路灯组件选型软件。根据软件功能要求分别完成上述三项主要功能。本论文先对太阳能路灯选型软件三个模块素材的设计方案进行了详细的阐述。利用专业太阳能光伏设计软件PVSYST进行仿真,模拟不同规格的太阳能光伏组件板的发电量,完成参考模块的所需素材。利用工程和产品设计软件AutoCAD设计出不同规格的太阳能组件板生产所需要的总装图,正面图和背面图,完成检索模块的所需素材。利用清洁能源的意识及决策支持和功能构建的工具RETSCREEN进行仿真,利用不同城市前20的气象数据,模拟出各城市最佳的安装倾角,完成角度查询模块的所需素材。再根据太阳能路灯选型软件的功能需求,以系统功能为依据,对整个选型软件的界面,后台进行设计和数据库进行设计,并且对三个模块的内部结构,模块关系,运行流程进行详细的描述。最后设计的软件界面和后台基础上,根据太阳能路灯选型软件各个模块的功能,编写代码完成相应的功能,最终完成太阳能路灯选型软件。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the world economy has benefited from the wide application of fossil fuels, such as oil, natural gas, and coal. However, the overuse of conventional energy leads to energy depletion, so it is urgent to develop new energy and produce new energy. Solar street lamps are widely used in photovoltaic industry in China. The system is composed of solar street lamp bracket LED lamp head, solar lamp controller, battery (including storage battery thermostat) and photovoltaic module. This paper is a self-help selection software designed for solar street lamp in different environment for different demand of photovoltaic module. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a solar-powered street lamp selection software for Tiantong Company. The main function of this software is 1: 1. According to the customer's final demand for the power of LED lamp head, the software provides reasonable storage battery size to ensure that the street lamp can be used for more than 3 days in rainy weather. According to the customer's final demand for the power of LED lamp head, the software designs the best component design scheme for the customer. The design scheme includes component assembly design drawing, component front design drawing, component back design drawing and so on. 3. According to the different location of solar street lamp installation, the best inclination angle is provided to ensure the optimal generation efficiency of the module. The main work of this paper is to develop the solar lamp module selection software of Tiantong Company by using Microsoft Visual Studio and C # programming language. According to the software function requirements, the above three main functions are completed. In this paper, the design scheme of three modules of solar street lamp selection software is described in detail. This paper simulates the power generation of solar photovoltaic modules with different specifications by using the professional solar photovoltaic design software PVSYST to complete the required materials of the reference modules. By using the engineering and product design software AutoCAD, the assembly drawing, front drawing and back drawing for the production of solar panels of different specifications are designed, and the required materials for the retrieval module are completed. Using RETSCREEN, a tool of clean energy consciousness and decision support and function, and using the meteorological data of the first 20 cities in different cities, the optimal installation inclination of each city is simulated, and the required materials of the angle query module are completed. Then according to the function demand of the solar energy street lamp selection software, based on the system function, the interface of the whole selection software, the background design and the database are designed, and the internal structure of the three modules and the module relationship are designed. The running process is described in detail. Finally, the software interface and background are designed, according to the function of each module of the solar lamp selection software, the code is written to complete the corresponding function, and finally the solar energy street lamp selection software is completed.
