风电用螺栓热处理工艺设计系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着中国风力发电产业的迅速崛起,风力发电产业快速发展,主流风电机组的单机容量逐年提高,用于配套紧固连接的高强度螺栓规格也越来越大,风电用高强度螺栓(本文简称风电用螺栓)热处理生产过程中工艺设计也越来越复杂。G公司希望能够利用基于知识工程的技术,通过分析公司历史的生产数据、原材料检验数据、产品检验数据和热处理设备相关的工艺数据,进行风电用螺栓的热处理工艺设计。本文在分析国内外基于知识的工程和热处理工艺系统现状的基础上,以分析企业现状为出发点,提出建立基于实例和规则融合推理的风电用螺栓热处理工艺设计系统的解决方案,运用软件工程理论,进行系统总体设计和详细设计,使用ASP.NET开发实现,并对系统的实际应用效果进行分析和评价。首先,分析企业现状,提出建立热处理工艺设计系统的解决方案。通过对风电用螺栓产品特点、G公司热处理生产概况、热处理工艺设计现状和企业信息系统应用现状分析,对热处理工艺设计流程再造和优化,并提出建立一个基于实例和规则融合推理的风电用螺栓热处理工艺设计系统解决方案。其次,分析热处理工艺设计系统的关键技术。通过对热处理工艺知识的分类,提出热处理工艺实例的表达方法,并从热处理工艺规则中提取工艺典型实例,统一实例和规则的数据存储结构。通过融合推理,获得相似实例或典型实例来完成新实例设计。热处理工艺实例的检索采用多层检索机制,详细介绍了工艺实例局部特征权值的确定方法和特征相似度的计算公式。再次,运用软件工程的理论,进行系统总体设计、详细设计和系统实现。根据热处理工艺设计系统的功能,本系统主要包括基础数据管理、数据采集与清洗、热处理工艺设计、历史工艺分析、系统管理等五个模块,并对数据采集与清洗和热处理工艺设计等主要功能模块进行详细分析。本文采用界面层、业务逻辑层、数据访问层的三层架构系统设计,用 实体‖来实现面向对象的 封装‖,降低层与层之间的依赖,有利于对平台的扩展、方便平台的维护以及与其他系统的集成。以Visual Studio为开发平台,运用ASP.NET语言开发,建立三层架构和实体数据模型,实现风电用螺栓热处理工艺设计系统。最后,根据客户需求进行系统测试和应用,达到预期的要求。该系统的应用充分重用了历史热处理生产经验,提高工艺设计的效率和工艺参数的准确性,提高了风电用螺栓产品的质量水平,解决了风电用螺栓热处理工艺设计的难点问题。本文所研究的系统,不仅对热处理工艺设计,还是对高强度螺栓产品质量控制,以及拥有相对完整历史工艺数据的生产制造企业,都具有较好的工程应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid rise of wind power industry in China and the rapid development of wind power industry, the single machine capacity of mainstream wind turbine units is increasing year by year, and the specifications of high strength bolts used for supporting and fastening connections are becoming larger and larger. The process design of high strength bolts for wind power is becoming more and more complex during the heat treatment process. G hopes to be able to make use of the technology based on knowledge engineering and analyze the production data of the company's history. Raw material inspection data, product inspection data and heat treatment equipment related process data, heat treatment process design for wind power bolts. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the knowledge based engineering and heat treatment process system at home and abroad, this paper starts with the analysis of the present situation of the enterprise. The solution of establishing heat treatment process planning system for wind power bolts based on case and rule fusion reasoning is proposed. The overall and detailed design of the system is carried out by using software engineering theory, and the system is developed and realized by ASP.NET. The practical application effect of the system is analyzed and evaluated. Firstly, the present situation of the enterprise is analyzed, and the solution of establishing heat treatment process planning system is put forward. By analyzing the general situation of heat treatment production, heat treatment process design and the application of enterprise information system, the heat treatment process design process was redesigned and optimized. A solution of heat treatment process design system for wind power bolts based on case and rule fusion reasoning is proposed. Secondly, the key technology of heat treatment process design system is analyzed. By classifying the knowledge of heat treatment process, the representation method of heat treatment process example is put forward, and the typical process example is extracted from the heat treatment process rule, and the data storage structure of the example and rule is unified. Through fusion reasoning, similar cases or typical cases are obtained to complete the new case design. Multi-layer retrieval mechanism is used in the retrieval of heat treatment process cases. The method of determining local feature weights of process examples and the calculation formula of feature similarity are introduced in detail. Thirdly, using the theory of software engineering, the overall design, detailed design and system implementation of the system are carried out. According to the function of heat treatment process planning system, this system mainly includes five modules: basic data management, data acquisition and cleaning, heat treatment process planning, history process analysis, system management, etc. The main function modules such as data acquisition and cleaning and heat treatment process design are analyzed in detail. In this paper, the interface layer, business logic layer and data access layer are used to design the three-tier architecture system, and the object oriented encapsulation is realized with the help of entities, and the dependency between layers is reduced, which is beneficial to the expansion of the platform. Facilitate platform maintenance and integration with other systems. Based on Visual Studio and ASP.NET language, the three-layer structure and entity data model are established to realize the heat treatment process design system for wind power bolts. Finally, the system test and application are carried out according to the customer's requirements to meet the expected requirements. The application of the system fully reuses the production experience of historical heat treatment, improves the efficiency of process design and the accuracy of process parameters, improves the quality level of wind power bolt products, and solves the difficult problems in heat treatment process design of wind power bolts. The system studied in this paper has good engineering application value not only for heat treatment process design, but also for the quality control of high strength bolt products, as well as for manufacturing enterprises with relatively complete historical process data.
