储能电站监测控制软件设计与实现

【摘要】:本文课题来源于与某能源科技公司合作项目,旨在开发一套储能电站监测控制软件,及时处理分析储能电站内部数据,实现对储能电站的监测、管理、控制、调度,以及实时报故报警。该储能电站系统是基于锂离子电池储能设备,由294个集装箱式电池模块串并组合而成。单一电池模块由XMC4500控制器进行管理,包含996节18650锂离子电池。294个电池模块分7层摆放,输出电压为600V,能量可达2.2MWh。中央控制主机通过以太网通信,获取电池模块基本信息以及储能电站工作环境状态信息等基本数据,并对其处理分析,智能管理、控制调度电池模块充放电;中央控制主机具有可视化交互界面,实时更新显示储能电站状态;中央控制主机将运行过程中的储能电站状态数据、报故报警数据、工作人员操作信息等,记录并存入数据库,以供调用、查询。论文的主要内容:(1)对储能电站系统国内外发展概况、储能电站监控系统相关技术及其典型结构进行介绍;(2)对储能电站监测控制软件进行实际的需求分析,设计网络通信架构,制定软件开发方案;(3)根据软件需求,对软件总体框架进行设计,细致化分软件功能结构;设计多线程,具体解决线程同步等问题;设计并实现交互界面、网络通信、业务逻辑、数据库访问等四个主要功能模块;本文还设计了储能电站放电控制调度算法;(4)对中央主控系统与下层控制器的通信方式以及传输模式进行介绍,详细设计中央主控系统与下层控制器的通信协议,结合应用,具体设计其功能码和参数的格式,并对错误码进行相关说明;(5)细致分析储能电站内部数据信息特点,抽象实体,建立实体联系模型;分析实体对象基本属性,建立储能电站数据库应用系统;(6)分析层控制器、箱体内部工作环境控制器的功能特点、数据特点、通信特点,提出测试需求,设计测试方法,搭建测试平台,编写测试用例,处理分析测试数据,并对测试进行总结。储能电站监测控制软件作为储能电站系统的大脑,对于储能电站的智能化管理、安全可靠运行具有重要意义。目前,该软件成果已进入实际联调阶段,是该储能电站整体系统测试的关键环节。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to develop a set of monitoring and control software for energy storage power station, to process and analyze the internal data in time, and to realize the monitoring, management, control and dispatch of the energy storage power station. And real-time alarm. The system is based on lithium-ion battery storage equipment and consists of 294 container battery modules. The single battery module is managed by XMC4500 controller and consists of 18650 lithium ion batteries with seven layers. The output voltage is 600V and the energy can reach 2.2 MWh. The central control host obtains the basic information of battery module and the working environment state information of storage power station through Ethernet communication, and processes and analyzes the data, intelligently manages and controls the charge and discharge of battery module. The central control host has a visual interactive interface to update and display the status of the energy storage power station in real time, and the central control host records and stores the status data of the energy storage power station, the alarm data, the operation information of the staff and so on, in the operation process. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) introduce the development of the energy storage power station system at home and abroad, introduce the related technology and typical structure of the energy storage power station monitoring system, (2) analyze the actual requirement of the monitoring and control software of the energy storage power station, design the network communication structure, Make the software development plan; (3) according to the software demand, carry on the design to the software overall frame, divide the software function structure meticulously, design the multithread, solve the problem of thread synchronization concretely, design and realize the interactive interface, network communication, business logic, etc. This paper also designs the discharge control scheduling algorithm of energy storage power station. (4) the communication mode and transmission mode between the central main control system and the lower controller are introduced. The communication protocol between the central master control system and the lower controller is designed in detail. Combining with the application, the format of the function code and the parameters are designed, and the error code is explained. (5) the characteristics of the internal data information of the energy storage power station are analyzed in detail, and the entity is abstracted. Establish entity contact model, analyze the basic attributes of entity object, establish the database application system of energy storage power station; (6) analyze the function characteristics, data characteristics, communication characteristics of the controller in the inner working environment of the box, and put forward the test requirements. Design test methods, build test platform, write test cases, process and analyze test data, and summarize the test. As the brain of the energy storage power station system, the monitoring and control software of the energy storage power station is of great significance for the intelligent management and safe and reliable operation of the energy storage power station. At present, the software has entered the stage of practical adjustment, which is the key link of the whole system test of the energy storage power station.
