面向家用空调的新型换热器及替代冷媒实验研究

【摘要】:目前,随着科技的飞速发展和人们对生活水平的要求不断提高,制冷行业在日常生活中的重要性也与日俱增。而我国作为一个人口大国,也是制冷空调工业的一个巨大市场,而且自1999年以来,我国的空调产量一直居世界首位。由于空调和核心部件以及其之间的连接管都是由金属材料制造,因此空调行业对金属矿产的依赖尤为明显。而随着最近几十年空调产品复杂度的不断增加,这一情况毫无疑问会进一步的加剧。 在众多矿产资源中,家用空调行业对铜材料依赖性尤其明显。最近几年持续上涨的铜价和竞争日益激烈的空调市场,给空调行业的发展带来了巨大的挑战。所以在空调上减少对铜的消耗不仅能响应国家节能减排的政策,也对整个空调行业发展战略有着积极的作用。除此之外,目前在我国空调行业中应用最广泛的制冷剂为R22,作为一种HCFC,其在进入大气后不仅会严重损害臭氧层,同时也会造成温室效应。因此,寻找新型环境友好型的替代制冷剂来取代传统制冷剂,对于作为HCFCs的主要排放源的空调行业提高其国际竞争力和推进可持续发展也具有重大意义。 针对以上背景,本文以内螺纹管翅式换热器为研究基础,主要选取内螺纹管翅式换热器类型,首先在空调焓差性能实验室中首先对采用铜铝复合管翅式(ACC)换热器的空调样机进行了实验研究,并与同规格的全铜以及全铝换热器做了比较;然后分析了基于新型5mm室内换热器的空调样机的工作性能,并与基于传统5mm和7mm室内换热器的空调样机的性能做了对比;最后以基于5mm换热器室内换热器的空调样机为平台,采用灌注式的方法考察了几种新冷媒的循环特性。根据本文的实验研究可以得出如下主要结论: (1)与相同规格的纯铜换热器相比,ACC换热器在原材料成本上可以节约63%。且其空调整机性能与采用纯铜换热器的相当,但比采用纯铝换热器的高出很多。 (2)对于优化后的5mm空调室内换热器,其螺旋角为6°时性能最好。室外换热器回路更改后,相对于采用传统7mm室内换热器的空调系统而言,,其性能相当。 (3)在制冷剂灌注式实验中,名义制热时,R32和R290的COP相对R22的要高出11.0%,相对R410A的要高出5.3%;在名义制冷时,R32和R290的COP相对R22的要分别高出26.8%和20.4%,相对R410A的要分别高出7.1%和2.1%。但综合考虑R290比R32更优,因为其在取得最佳循环时制冷剂充注量小于R32的二分之一,因此其很适用于在家用分体式空调中替代传统制冷剂。 (4)R290系统在增加回热装置后,制冷能力提高了5.3%,COP提高了5.1%,制冷剂最佳充注量减少6%。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of people's standard of living, refrigeration industry is becoming more and more important in daily life. As a large country of population, China is also a huge market of refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Since 1999, China's air conditioning output has been ranked first in the world. Because air conditioning and core components and the connections between them are made of metal materials, the air conditioning industry is particularly dependent on metal minerals. With the increasing complexity of air-conditioning products in recent decades, this situation will undoubtedly be further aggravated. In many mineral resources, the household air-conditioning industry is particularly dependent on copper materials. The rising copper price and the increasingly competitive air conditioning market in recent years have brought great challenges to the development of the air conditioning industry. Therefore, reducing copper consumption in air conditioning can not only respond to the national policy of energy saving and emission reduction, but also play a positive role in the development strategy of the whole air conditioning industry. In addition, R22 is the most widely used refrigerant in air conditioning industry in China at present. As a kind of HCFC, it will not only seriously damage the ozone layer but also cause Greenhouse Effect after entering the atmosphere. Therefore, it is of great significance for the air conditioning industry as the main source of HCFCs to improve its international competitiveness and promote sustainable development by looking for a new type of environment-friendly alternative refrigerant to replace the traditional refrigerant. In view of the above background, based on the research of inner threaded tube fin heat exchanger, this paper mainly selects the type of inner thread tube fin heat exchanger. Firstly, in the air conditioning enthalpy performance laboratory, the air conditioning prototype with copper-aluminum composite tube fin (ACC) heat exchanger is studied and compared with all copper and aluminum heat exchangers of the same specification. Then the performance of the air conditioning prototype based on the new 5mm indoor heat exchanger is analyzed and compared with the air conditioning prototype based on the traditional 5mm and 7mm heat exchangers. Finally, the air conditioning prototype based on the 5mm heat exchanger is taken as the platform. The circulation characteristics of several new refrigerants were investigated by perfusion method. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) compared with pure copper heat exchangers of the same specification, ACC heat exchangers can save 63% of raw material cost. The performance of the whole air conditioner is similar to that of copper heat exchanger, but much higher than that of pure aluminum heat exchanger. (2) for the optimized 5mm indoor heat exchanger, the performance is the best when the spiral angle is 6 掳. After the loop of outdoor heat exchanger is changed, the performance of the air conditioning system with traditional 7mm indoor heat exchanger is comparable. (3) in the refrigerant perfusion experiment, In nominal heating, the COP of R32 and R290 is 11.0 higher than that of R22, and 5.3of R410A, and the COP of R32 and R290 is 26.8% and 20.4% higher than that of R22 and 7.1% and 2.1% higher than that of R410A in nominal cooling. However, R290 is better than R32 when the optimal cycle is obtained because the refrigerant charge is less than 1/2 of R32, so R290 is suitable for replacing traditional refrigerant in domestic split air conditioners. (4) with the addition of regenerator, The refrigeration capacity increased by 5.3C and cop increased by 5.1, and the optimal refrigerant charge decreased by 6.
