中电光伏战略发展研究

【摘要】：中电电气(南京)光伏有限公司是一家世界领先的高效太阳能光伏电池组件制造商,总部位于中国江苏省南京市。本文通过对该公司现状、核心竞争力及主要业绩指标的分析,指出中电光伏当前处在产业发展的关键时期,制定一套可行的、长远的发展战略是企业后续发展的重要保障；通过对外部宏观环境、所属行业特性、业内主要竞争对手的分析,为中电电气(南京)光伏有限公司设计了“国际化+深入终端+技术领先”相结合的企业发展战略。通过对企业的优劣势等SWOT分析,本文为提出中电光伏战略发展定位是：放大技术优势,强化制造业；加大终端电站投资,把控市场；利用欧美双反,创造市场差异；优化人才结构,提升管理水平,构建一套“本土化、国际化”相结合的、高效的人才梯队。
[Abstract]:China Electric (Nanjing) Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. is a world leading manufacturer of efficient solar photovoltaic cell modules, headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. Based on the analysis of the current situation, core competitiveness and main performance indicators of the company, this paper points out that CLP is in the key period of industrial development, and it is an important guarantee for the subsequent development of enterprises to formulate a set of feasible and long-term development strategy. Through the analysis of the external macro environment, the industry characteristics and the main competitors in the industry, the enterprise development strategy of "internationalized deep terminal technology leading" was designed for CLP (Nanjing) Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of SWOT, this paper puts forward the development orientation of CLP photovoltaic strategy: enlarge the advantages of technology, strengthen the manufacturing industry, increase the investment of terminal power station, control the market, make use of the European and American double negative, create the market difference; Optimize the talent structure, improve the management level, build a set of "localization, internationalization" combined, efficient talent echelon.
