智能电网调度主站D5000系统的应用研究

【摘要】:随着中国现代化进程的发展,电力技术的革命,伴随着现代电力体制的改革。电网调度自动化也是电网发展的需要,是电力走向市场的技术支持之一。在这种大环境下,电网技术发展愈加迅速和成熟,电力调度主站系统的智能化水平越来越高,智能化技术层出不穷,调度自动化和变电站数字化系统连续不断更新换代。本文正是借此契机,以国内先进电力调度技术支持系统相关的问题为内容,以新乡市智能电网电力调度技术支持系统(D5000系统)在并行过渡期的建设为现实背景,对当前电力调度主站系统的技术进行一些较为实际的研究和探讨,以便给本区域今后的电网调度智能化相关工作,提出一些建设性的发展方向和可行性的实施方案,主要完成了以下的工作: 指出新型智能电网调度自动化系统,需要建立完善的省-地一体化网络模型。一体化模型比原有的分级调度自动化结构模型,在智能化方面具有明显优势。分别从软硬件配置、运行方式、主站需求、调度通信功能升级等方面,研究新调度主站系统更符合智能化优势。 针对新的调度主站D5000系统在建设期内的实际问题,分析总结并行过渡期的一系列典型经验,提出如何提高新系统建设的安全性、加快新系统的调试效率、保证新系统各项智能功能顺利启用。 D5000系统所有智能化高级应用的核心是状态估计功能,它也成为智能电网一体化模型中主要的考核指标。本文是在实现D5000系统功能的前提下研究状态估计,分析总结了提高新乡地区模型状态估计合格率的经验和办法。 调度主站D5000系统在电压自动控制功能上的大跨越,是提高调度和监控人员工作智能化水平的一项明显指标.电压自动控制功能,,在建设实现过程中需要解决的实际问题和突发情况,是本文摸索总结的一个方向。希望通过对这方面内容的浅析,帮助地市级调控中心更有效的开展母线电压越线的调控工作。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's modernization process, the revolution of electric power technology is accompanied by the reform of modern electric power system. Power dispatching automation is also the need of grid development and one of the technical support of electric power to the market. In this environment, the power grid technology is developing rapidly and maturely, the intelligent level of the power dispatching master station system is becoming higher and higher, the intelligent technology emerges in endlessly, the dispatching automation and the substation digitization system are continuously updated. This paper takes this opportunity to take the domestic advanced power dispatching technical support system as the content, and takes the construction of Xinxiang smart grid electric power dispatching technical support system (D5000) as the realistic background in the parallel transition period. This paper makes some practical research and discussion on the technology of the current power dispatching master station system, in order to provide some constructive development directions and feasible implementation schemes for the future work related to the intelligent power grid dispatching in the region. The main work is as follows: it is necessary to establish a perfect integrated provincial-land network model for the new intelligent power grid dispatching automation system. Compared with the original hierarchical scheduling automation model, the integrated model has obvious advantages in intelligence. From the aspects of hardware and software configuration, operation mode, master station requirement, dispatching communication function upgrade and so on, the new scheduling master station system is more intelligent. In view of the practical problems in the construction period of the new dispatching master station D5000 system, this paper analyzes and summarizes a series of typical experiences in the parallel transition period, and puts forward how to improve the security of the new system construction and speed up the debugging efficiency of the new system. The core of all intelligent advanced applications of D5000 system is the state estimation function, which is also the main assessment index in the smart grid integration model. This paper studies the state estimation on the premise of realizing the function of D5000 system, and analyzes and summarizes the experience and method of improving the qualified rate of the model state estimation in Xinxiang area. The large span of voltage automatic control function in D5000 system is an obvious index to improve the intelligent level of dispatching and monitoring personnel. The automatic control function of voltage, the practical problems and unexpected situations that need to be solved in the process of construction and realization are the directions of this paper. It is hoped that through the analysis of this aspect, it will help the city level control center to carry out the control work of bus voltage crossing line more effectively.
