故障电弧电信号模拟技术的研究与实现

【摘要】:故障电弧断路器已在美国等发达国家得到强制性推广。随着故障电弧探测器国家标准GB14287.4在2014年出台,家用故障电弧保护电器有望在国内获得快速发展和推广。市场调查表明:习羽、正泰等多家国内低压电器企业已经着手开发故障电弧断路器产品。本文针对故障电弧保护电器在开发过程中遇到的故障电弧信号获得困难、试验过程繁琐、产生有害气体等问题提出利用电力电子器件代替物理电极产生故障电弧信号。在介绍并比较现有的故障电弧信号模拟方法后明确了电信号重现的关键是重现故障电弧电流。在论证故障电弧信号模拟范围、性能要求的基础上,提出了四种故障电弧电流重现电路,并对其中的低压电流调控电路和两种负载型电路进行了详细设计。阐述了电路中放大状态工作的MOS管的选型原则并测试了所采用的MOS管的转移特性,得出了MOS管漏极电流关于栅源电压的解析式。对影响电流重现效果的电路噪声问题进行了计算和仿真。搭建了故障电弧试验系统,并利用采集到的实际串联型故障电弧电流数据对四种电路进行了仿真。为满足非线性电路条件下高频电流重现的快速性、准确性要求,提出了预修正集散式无差控制方法。针对电流波形重现中的相位同步问题,给出了变间隔自适应DAC转换策略。以该策略的软件实现为重点介绍了负载型电路和低压电流调控电路的软件程序。设计制作了两种负载型样机和低压电流调控型样机并进行了相关实验。结果表明:所制作的样机基本达到了重现故障电弧电流波形的要求,低压电流调控型样机具有进商品化的潜力。
[Abstract]:The fault arc circuit breaker has been compulsory popularized in the developed countries such as the United States. With the introduction of the national standard GB14287.4 for fault arc detectors in 2014, it is expected that the domestic fault arc protection appliances will be rapidly developed and popularized in China. Market investigation shows that many domestic low-voltage electrical equipment enterprises, such as Xi Yu and Zhengtai, have started to develop fault arc circuit breaker products. In view of the difficulty of obtaining fault arc signal in the development of fault arc protection apparatus, the complicated test process and the harmful gas generation, this paper puts forward the idea of using power electronic device instead of physical electrode to produce fault arc signal. After introducing and comparing the existing methods of fault arc signal simulation, it is clear that the key of electrical signal reproduction is to reproduce fault arc current. Based on the demonstration of fault arc signal simulation range and performance requirements, four fault arc current recurrence circuits are proposed, and the low-voltage current control circuit and two load-type circuits are designed in detail. In this paper, the selection principle of MOS transistors operating in amplifier state is described, and the transfer characteristics of the MOS transistors used are tested. The analytical formula of drain current of MOS transistor and gate source voltage is obtained. The circuit noise problem which affects the effect of current reproduction is calculated and simulated. A fault arc test system is built, and the four circuits are simulated by using the actual series arc current data. In order to meet the requirement of fast and accurate high frequency current reappearance in nonlinear circuits, a precorrection distributed control method is proposed. In order to solve the phase synchronization problem in current waveform reconstruction, a variable interval adaptive DAC conversion strategy is presented. The software programs of load type circuit and low voltage current control circuit are introduced with emphasis on the software implementation of this strategy. Two kinds of load type prototype and low-voltage current control prototype are designed and manufactured and related experiments are carried out. The results show that the prototype can basically meet the requirements of reproducing the fault arc current waveform, and the low-voltage current control prototype has the potential to be commercialized.
