直流锅炉启动相关系统及问题的研究

【摘要】:我国在相当长的一段时间内能源结构仍将以煤炭为主,从提高煤炭的使用效益以及环保等多方面考虑,电站燃煤锅炉趋向大容量高参数方向发展。在直流锅炉机组中根据成本、调峰要求以及使用寿命等方面考虑会选用不同的启动系统,本文针对直流锅炉在启动时可能遇到的一些问题及涉及到的系统组件性能等进行分析,对设计运行中需要注意的问题做出归纳总结,以期找到合理有效的解决方法。对于启动分离器组件进行数值模拟,确定不同布置参数对汽水分离效果的影响;介绍了启动分离器中涉及的斜接管的强度校核计算方法。本文的研究为直流锅炉启动相关系统安全高效稳定长期运行提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:Coal will still be the main source of energy in China for a long time. Considering the improvement of coal utilization efficiency and environmental protection, coal-fired boilers in power plants tend to develop in the direction of large capacity and high parameters. According to the consideration of cost, peak-shaving requirement and service life, different starting systems will be selected in once-through boiler units. This paper analyzes some problems that may be encountered in the start-up of once-through boilers and the performance of system components involved. The problems needing attention in design operation are summarized in order to find a reasonable and effective solution. The effect of different layout parameters on the separation effect of steam water is determined by numerical simulation of the starting separator assembly, and the calculation method of the strength check of the oblique nozzle involved in the starting separator is introduced. The research in this paper provides theoretical guidance for the safety, efficiency and stability of once-through boiler startup system.
