集中小水电主动配电网能量管理研究

【摘要】:我国水电资源在全世界居于首位,随着传统能源的枯竭和环保意识的增强,以小水电为代表的分布式能源必将迎来更大的发展。在小水电、风电等清洁能源逐渐规模化的大背景下,作为其接纳主体,配电网的安全和经济运行越来越受到人们的关注。主动配电网通过对可控资源的有效管理实现配电网内分布式电源和原有设施的高效兼容和利用,能够综合考虑各方面因素并进行全局优化,在电网安全性的基础上实现最优经济运行,旨在应对分布式电源的规模化发展,增强配电网的可控性,对于分布式电源的发展将起到至关重要的作用。 本文着重对小水电集中地区主动配电网的能量管理进行研究。采用灵敏度分析定性研究节点注入有功和无功变化对电压的影响程度,提出综合分布式电源有功、无功以及有载调压变压器的调压策略。计及运行成本、折旧成本、损耗成本和环境成本等因素,基于小水电季节特性和分时电价,提出主动配电网的经济调度方案。考虑调压策略和经济调度方案,运用隶属度评价和AHP层次分析法构建综合优化目标,并通过引入动态分析的差分进化算法进行最优潮流运算,实现主动配电网全过程的能量优化。算例仿真证明:通过主动配电网综合调压可在保证电压质量的前提下大幅度提高分布式电源的渗透水平,主动配电网能量管理能使小水电集中地区主动配电网在保证电压质量和提高环境保护效益的同时大幅降低成本。 主动配电网能量管理实现了小水电集中配电网的智能控制和优化,能够很好的支撑分布式电源高渗透时的配电网运行。研究具有重要的理论和实践价值。
[Abstract]:With the depletion of traditional energy and the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness, the distributed energy, represented by small hydropower, will surely usher in greater development. Under the background of small hydropower, wind power and other clean energy gradually becoming large-scale, as the main body of its admission, the safety and economic operation of distribution network has been paid more and more attention. Through the effective management of controllable resources, the active distribution network can realize the efficient compatibility and utilization of the distributed generation and the original facilities in the distribution network, and can comprehensively consider all factors and carry out the overall optimization. Based on the security of the power network, the optimal economic operation is realized, which aims to cope with the large-scale development of distributed power generation and enhance the controllability of the distribution network, which will play an important role in the development of distributed generation. This paper focuses on the energy management of the active distribution network in the concentrated area of small hydropower. Sensitivity analysis is used to qualitatively study the influence of nodal active and reactive power changes on voltage, and a voltage regulation strategy for integrated distributed power supply, reactive power and on-load voltage regulating transformer is proposed. Considering the operation cost, depreciation cost, loss cost and environmental cost, based on the seasonal characteristics of small hydropower and time-sharing price, the economic dispatching scheme of active distribution network is put forward. Considering the voltage regulation strategy and economic scheduling scheme, the membership evaluation and AHP hierarchy process are used to construct the comprehensive optimization objectives, and the optimal power flow operation is carried out by introducing the dynamic analysis differential evolution algorithm. The whole process of energy optimization of active distribution network is realized. The simulation results show that comprehensive voltage regulation in active distribution network can greatly improve the permeation level of distributed generation on the premise of guaranteeing voltage quality. Active distribution network energy management can greatly reduce the cost while ensuring voltage quality and improving environmental protection efficiency in small hydropower concentrated areas. Active distribution network energy management realizes intelligent control and optimization of small hydropower centralized distribution network, and can support distribution network operation with high permeability of distributed generation. The research has important theoretical and practical value.
