基于DSM方法的给水泵研发流程建模及方案实施

【摘要】:SEN2101型锅炉给水泵作为CAP1400核电站常规岛主给水泵组的主要部件之一,其工作环境苛刻而多变,组成部件繁多(含主要功能部件93个)。同时该给水泵内部结构极其复杂,存在着流动分离、二次流等多种流动现象,对产品结构要求较高,要求在该产品的设计阶段就充分考虑到其质量因素。给水泵产品本身性能要求及核电行业的特点对SEN2101型给水泵的产品功能和可靠性提出的较高要求,又增加了其研发难度。基于DSM(Design Structure Matrix,设计结构矩阵)理论的新产品开发流程建模充分考虑了复杂产品设计过程中各零部件之间的空间、能量、信息、物料等联系,能够有效减少因零部件联系紧密而造成设计迭代次数,缩短产品设计周期,保证产品设计质量。本文引入DSM理论,通过矩阵形式清晰地表述了复杂产品中各变量之间的依赖关系,构建了基于DSM理论的给水泵零件DSM模型;通过DSM中的模块聚类方法对给水泵产品的零件进行了相应的聚类,分析了给水泵产品结构中的联系;通过零件DSM 过程BOM 过程DSM的两步映射,构件了给水泵的研发流程模型,并提出了优化方案。根据优化方案,本文通过三维流场分析以及转子动力学分析,有效缩短了给水泵设计流程,保证了产品设计的质量,通过产品与聚类设计流程等两个层次的仿真分析,对优化后的方案进行了评价,验证了本文DSM模型在优化给水泵产品设计流程中的有效性。
[Abstract]:SEN2101 boiler feedwater pump is one of the main components of CAP1400 nuclear power station. Its working environment is harsh and changeable, and its components are various (including 93 main functional parts). At the same time, the internal structure of the feed pump is extremely complex, there are many flow phenomena, such as flow separation, secondary flow and so on. The performance requirements of feedwater pump itself and the characteristics of nuclear power industry put forward higher requirements for the function and reliability of SEN2101 type feedwater pump, which increased the difficulty of research and development. The modeling of new product development process based on DSM (Design Structure Matrix, design structure matrix takes full account of the space, energy, information, material and so on among the parts in the process of complex product design. It can effectively reduce the number of design iterations caused by the close connection of parts, shorten the product design cycle and ensure the quality of product design. In this paper, DSM theory is introduced, and the dependence of variables in complex products is clearly expressed by matrix form, and the DSM model of feed pump parts based on DSM theory is constructed. Through the module clustering method in DSM, the corresponding clustering of feed pump parts is carried out, and the connection in the structure of feed pump product is analyzed. Through the two-step mapping of BOM process DSM in part DSM process, the research and development process model of feed water pump is presented, and the optimization scheme is put forward. According to the optimization scheme, through the three-dimensional flow field analysis and rotor dynamics analysis, the design process of feed pump is shortened effectively, the quality of product design is guaranteed, and the simulation analysis of product and cluster design flow is carried out. The optimized scheme is evaluated, and the effectiveness of the DSM model in optimizing the design process of feedwater pump is verified.
