电力设备检修管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:加强设备的日常管理工作,对设备的维修情况进行整理,及时掌握设备损耗情况,就可以在设备进入损坏的阶段前,对其进行修理或更换,就可以避免因非正常停机所造成的经济损失。因此,设备管理是企业管理的一项十分重要的工作。本文首先对课题提出的背景和研究意义进行了概述,然后对国内外管理机电电力设备检修管理系统的发展进行了详细的分析,同时提出了课题的研究目标、内容和论文的结构;论文的第二部分对系统开发的相关技术进行了描述,具体的包括系统的开发环境、数据库的选择、IDEFIX、ASP.NET和系统的架构;论文的第三部分是对系统的需求进行的分析,主要内容包括系统的功能性和非功能性需求分析,系统的工作流程分析和总体架构的设计;论文的第四部分是系统的总体设计及数据库的设计,具体的包括系统的设计原则和各个功能模块的设计,数据库以及系统接口函数的设计;论文的第五部分是系统的详细设计和实现;第六部分是系统的测试和实施,最后是全文的总结和展望。本系统旨在为电网调度部门检修计划编制人员提供辅助决策支持,系统运行时需要提取生产MIS系统、SCADA系统中的数据,对各工区上报的检修计划进行汇总形成初始的检修计划,然后在考虑电网拓扑的条件下对检修计划进行人工调整,以及根据设备的检修重要度值的大小对检修进行分类,在完成了基本检修计划的编制和优化后,系统需对其进行安全校核,从而使检修计划更加科学合理、安全可靠。
[Abstract]:By strengthening the daily management of the equipment, sorting out the maintenance of the equipment, and grasping the equipment wear and tear in time, the equipment can be repaired or replaced before the equipment enters the stage of damage. It can avoid the economic loss caused by abnormal downtime. Therefore, equipment management is a very important work of enterprise management. In this paper, the background and significance of the research are summarized, and then the development of the maintenance management system of the electromechanical power equipment at home and abroad is analyzed in detail. At the same time, the research objectives, contents and the structure of the thesis are put forward. The second part of the paper describes the related technologies of the system development, including the system development environment, database selection, IDEFIX,ASP.NET and system architecture; The third part of the paper is the analysis of the requirements of the system, including the functional and non-functional requirements of the system analysis, system workflow analysis and the design of the overall architecture; The fourth part of the paper is the overall design of the system and the design of the database, including the design principles of the system and the design of each functional module, database and the design of the system interface function; The fifth part is the detailed design and implementation of the system, and the sixth part is the test and implementation of the system. The purpose of the system is to provide auxiliary decision support for the maintenance planning personnel of the power grid dispatching department. When the system is running, the production MIS system and the data in the SCADA system should be extracted, and the maintenance plans reported in each working area can be aggregated to form the initial maintenance plan. Then the maintenance plan is adjusted manually under the condition of considering the topology of the power network, and the maintenance is classified according to the importance value of the maintenance of the equipment. After completing the compilation and optimization of the basic maintenance plan, The system needs to carry on the safety check to make the maintenance plan more scientific and reasonable, safe and reliable.
