发用电互济模式下负荷调度模型与策略研究

【摘要】:随着世界能源结构的改革,以及在节能减排和提高电力能耗利用率的大背景下,可再生能源大规模的接入,对系统的调峰调频能力提出了更高的要求。而大力发展需求侧管理,充分发挥供电系统与负荷用户侧的双向互济对于智能电网的发展,意义重大。同时,负荷调度也已经发展成为智能电网新型信息化改革的重要标志和功能。在分布式电源接入的电网中,研究如何将负荷侧资源常规化的纳入电力系统的调度运行中以及如何有效发展需求侧管理,已经成为具有现实意义和工程价值的重要研究课题。 本文针对发用电互济模式下,负荷调度的研究与实践展开深入研讨。首先,从用户侧对调度的影响角度出发,系统分析了分布式发电的源荷特性和对调度模式的影响,分析分时电价的经济杠杆调节作用,以及可中断负荷对提高系统调峰调频能力的巨大潜力;其次,概要总结了智能电网下需求响应和负荷调度的种类,并基于二者最终提出了发用电互济模式这一核心理论;再次,讨论了发用电互济对负荷调度的新要求,并重点通过引入分时电价手段,以综合考虑可中断负荷的需求侧响应对发用电经济影响为基础建立了发用电调度计划模型;最后,基于数学模型提出“五原则”的策略核心,并通过IEEE14节点验证模型的经济性,结合某地区日负荷数据算例设计了引入阶梯电价和可中断负荷对负荷曲线影响的机组组合方案,从而验证了本文所提出模型和策略的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the reform of energy structure in the world and under the background of saving energy and reducing emission and improving the efficiency of energy consumption, the large scale access of renewable energy has put forward higher requirements for the peak-shaving and frequency modulation ability of the system. It is of great significance for the development of smart grid to develop the demand-side management and give full play to the two-way mutual aid between power supply system and load user side. At the same time, load dispatching has become an important symbol and function of smart grid information reform. In the distributed power network, it has become an important research topic with practical significance and engineering value to study how to regularize the load side resources into the dispatching operation of power system and how to effectively develop the demand side management. In this paper, the research and practice of load dispatching are discussed in detail. Firstly, from the point of view of the influence of the user side on the dispatching, the characteristics of the distributed generation and the influence on the dispatching mode are analyzed systematically, and the economic leverage of the time-sharing price is analyzed. And the great potential of interruptible load to improve the capacity of peak-shaving and frequency modulation of the system; Secondly, the types of demand response and load dispatch under smart grid are summarized, and the core theory of power generation and power mutual aid mode is put forward based on the two theories. Thirdly, the paper discusses the new requirements of power generation and power supply to load dispatching, and establishes the dispatching plan model based on the comprehensive consideration of the demand side response of interruptible load on the basis of introducing time-sharing pricing method. Finally, the core of the "five principles" strategy is proposed based on the mathematical model, and the economy of the model is verified by the IEEE14 node. Combined with the daily load data of a certain area, a unit combination scheme with the influence of step electricity price and interruptible load on the load curve is designed, which verifies the feasibility and validity of the proposed model and strategy.
