基于Fluent的锂离子动力电池箱二维热模拟

【摘要】:根据单体锂离子电池的生热模型估算生热率,并使用CFD软件对35 Ah动力锰酸锂强迫风冷电池箱建立二维有限元模型求解,得出温度分布结果与流场分布结果。对该电池箱内的温度进行了实验测量,对比分析了模拟和实验的结果,结果表明二维模拟结果与实验结果较为吻合,可用来初步研究电池箱内的温度分布。通过分析现有箱体内部温度分布情况,提出了电池箱散热设计的优化措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the heat generation model of single lithium ion battery, the heat generation rate was estimated, and a two-dimensional finite element model was established for 35 Ah dynamic lithium manganate forced air-cooled battery box with CFD software. The results of temperature distribution and flow field distribution were obtained. The temperature in the battery box is measured experimentally, and the simulation and experimental results are compared. The results show that the two-dimensional simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and can be used to study the temperature distribution in the battery box. Based on the analysis of the internal temperature distribution of the existing case, the optimization measures for the heat dissipation design of the battery box are put forward.
