基于MSP430单片机的制动单元设计

【摘要】:在变频调速系统中,为了确保当电机快速制动时,直流母线电压保持在安全范围内,需使用制动单元。制动单元实时监测母线电压,通过斩波控制,将母线上的再生电能以热的形式耗散到制动电阻上。以MSP430单片机为控制核心,设计了制动单元的信号检测、功率器件驱动、故障保护电路,在软件设计中加入制动电阻过载保护算法,以便合理利用制动电阻的制动能力。用此方法设计的制动单元工作稳定、可靠,并已应用到工业现场。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure that the DC bus voltage is kept in a safe range when the motor is fast braking, the braking unit is needed in the frequency conversion system. The brake unit monitors the bus voltage in real time and dissipates the regenerated electric energy on the bus to the brake resistor in the form of heat through chopping control. With MSP430 single chip microcomputer as the control core, the signal detection, power device drive and fault protection circuit of the braking unit are designed, and the algorithm of overload protection of brake resistance is added in the software design in order to utilize the braking ability of brake resistance reasonably. The brake unit designed by this method works stably and reliably, and has been applied to industrial field.
