太阳电池伏安特性的演变及其控制准则

【摘要】:从数学层面分析 I_(ph)、I_0、n、R_s、R_(sh)5参数模型太阳电池电流方程的切线方程和二阶导数。同时给出I-V特性曲线趋直时的直线方程形式,以及满足基尔霍夫定律的直线式太阳电池电流方程。从数学层面证明增大光生电流I_(ph)或串联内阻R_s时,准则数α(I),V的取值范围减小,并指出只有串联内阻存在时,才出现I-V特性曲线由曲趋直现象。通过实验,采用外加串联内阻的方式验证增大串联内阻I-V特性曲线由曲趋直现象。
[Abstract]:The tangent equation and second order derivative of the solar cell current equation of I _ (ph), I _ T _ S _ (sh) _ 5 parameter model are analyzed from the mathematical level. At the same time, the straight line equation of I-V characteristic curve and the current equation of linear solar cell satisfying Kirchhoff's law are given. From the mathematical level, it is proved that when the photogenerated current I _ (ph) or series internal resistance is increased, the range of the criterion number 伪 (I), V decreases, and it is pointed out that only when the series internal resistance exists, the I-V characteristic curve becomes straight from curve to curve. Through experiments, the I-V characteristic curve of increasing the series internal resistance is verified by the external series internal resistance from curving to straightening phenomenon.
