屋顶光伏并网发电项目碳减排问题研究

【摘要】:气候变化是21世纪人类面临的最重大的环境问题,,全球对此开始高度重视并且开展了如火如荼的温室气体减排行动,我国也开始加大力度采取一系列措施调整能源结构从而减少能耗和碳排放。其中在电力行业减少以煤电为主的能源消耗,大力发展太阳能等可再生资源是减少二氧化碳排放的有效和必须的途径。 我国在“十二五”规划中明确指出要逐步建立国内碳排放权交易市场体系,并建立完善国内统一温室气体统计核算制度以促进其顺利开展。积极探索和研究基于项目层面的温室气体减排量的核算体系具有重要的现实意义。 本论文主要以屋顶光伏并网发项目电为研究对象,参考基于减排机制的CDM方法学,探索研究适合我国该类项目并网发电项目碳减排量核算方法,评估项目活动的碳减排效果。首先,根据屋顶光伏并网发电项目实际特点,在CDM方法学基础上进行适当修整,提出了适合我国光伏屋顶并网发电项目碳减排量的核算方法,包括对其基准线情景识别与确定等进行分析;其次结合屋顶光伏并网发电项目实例验证了本论文提出方法的科学性与可操作性,并在此基础上,重点分析讨论了项目碳减排效果的影响因素;最后延伸的从全生命周期角度,运用LCA评价方法对屋顶光伏并网系统整个生命周期的碳减排效果进行了分析和评价。本文的研究为我国屋顶光伏并网发电项目碳减排效果量化评估提供了借鉴和参考,并浅析了屋顶光伏发电系统全生命周期的显著碳减排潜力,对促进我国光伏发电项目的推广和普及具有一定意义。
[Abstract]:Climate change is the most important environmental problem facing mankind in the 21st century. The world has begun to attach great importance to it and has carried out the greenhouse gas emission reduction in full swing. China has also begun to take a series of measures to adjust energy structure to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. It is an effective and necessary way to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in power industry by reducing the energy consumption mainly from coal to electricity and by vigorously developing renewable resources such as solar energy. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to set up the domestic carbon emission trading market system step by step, and establish and perfect the domestic unified greenhouse gas statistical accounting system to promote its smooth development. It is of great practical significance to actively explore and study the accounting system of greenhouse gas emission reduction based on project level. Based on the CDM methodology based on emission reduction mechanism, this paper mainly studies the calculation method of carbon emission reduction and evaluates the effect of carbon emission reduction in the project of grid-connected power generation project of this kind of projects in our country with reference to the CDM methodology based on emission reduction mechanism for rooftop photovoltaic grid-connected power generation project. Firstly, according to the actual characteristics of rooftop photovoltaic grid-connected power generation project, based on the CDM methodology, a suitable accounting method for carbon emission reduction of photovoltaic rooftop grid-connected power generation project is put forward. Including the baseline of the scene recognition and determination of the analysis; Secondly, combined with the example of rooftop photovoltaic grid-connected power generation project, the paper verifies the scientific and maneuverability of the method proposed in this paper, and on this basis, analyzes and discusses the influencing factors of the carbon emission reduction effect of the project. Finally, from the perspective of the whole life cycle, the LCA evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the carbon emission reduction effect of the whole life cycle of the photovoltaic grid-connected system on the roof. The research in this paper provides reference and reference for the quantitative evaluation of carbon emission reduction effect of rooftop photovoltaic grid-connected power generation project in China, and analyzes the significant carbon emission reduction potential of the whole life cycle of rooftop photovoltaic power generation system. It is of great significance to promote the promotion and popularization of photovoltaic power generation projects in China.
