大型电袋复合除尘器除尘效率的实验研究与优化

【摘要】:在自主研制的电袋复合除尘器实验台上研究了工作电压、气流温度和入口粉尘质量浓度对除尘性能的影响,探讨了除尘效率和被捕集粉尘粒径范围等的变化规律.结果表明:工作电压增大时,总除尘效率提高;气流温度超过130℃时,总除尘效率明显降低;入口粉尘质量浓度增大到14.7g/m3以上时,静电除尘区除尘效率大幅下降;静电除尘区主要除去10μm以上粒径粉尘,而布袋除尘区除尘范围偏向10μm以下的细小颗粒;在实际运行过程中,适当提高工作电压以及降低烟气温度和入口粉尘质量浓度,将有助于提高除尘效率和PM2.5的捕集率.
