电动汽车充电负荷的概率模拟及对配变寿命损失影响研究

【摘要】:本论文受国家自然科学基金(51277184)和输配电装备及系统安全与新技术国家重点实验室自主研究项目(2007DA10512709209)资助。 随着人们社会环保意识的增强,电动汽车(Electric vehicle, EV)作为最具发展潜力的环保节能新能源汽车,已成为汽车发展的主要方向。我国政府大力支持电动汽车的发展及其配套设施的建设,并积极开展电动汽车推广的示范工程。然而电动汽车的规模化充电将给配电网带来显著的影响,包括电能质量的下降、网络损耗的增加、设备利用率的降低等。因此,在电动汽车大规模接入电网前,需充分考虑其充电功率对配网的影响。本文针对电动汽车的充电负荷进行概率模拟,同时基于此对充电负荷谐波电流造成的配电变压器影响进行研究,主要内容如下: 1)根据电动汽车的不同类型,提出含混合动力电动汽车(Plug-in hybrid electricvehicle, PHEV)的多种类型电动汽车充电负荷概率模拟方法。由于电动汽车的能源供给方式、使用方式和充电方式对充电负荷随机性的作用差异性,本文建立了电动汽车的层次分类结构;继而结合不同类型电动汽车的充电功率和荷电状态(State of charge, SOC)特性,考虑PHEV具有的两种运行模式,对其初始SOC的抽样方法进行改进;计及充电时间长度对用户决定是否开始充电的影响,提出多种类型电动汽车充电负荷的概率模拟方法。 2)针对采用常规充电方式和快速充电方式的电动汽车接入配网比例的不同情况,,建立了不同充电方式的电动汽车比例配置方法。利用电动汽车的层次分类结构,提出了峰值负荷增量、峰值负荷持续时间、最大负荷平滑系数及平均负荷平滑系数四个指标,将四个指标合成为综合指标来评估充电负荷对配网负荷曲线的影响,结合IEEE-34节点算例及某地实测负荷数据,建立了常规和快速充电方式的电动汽车比例配置方法; 3)基于多种类型的电动汽车充电负荷概率模拟,提出了考虑电动汽车充电影响的配电变压器寿命损耗概率评估方法。在充电负荷与本地负荷同时接入配网变压器的情况下,考虑电动汽车充电产生的谐波电流,结合充电机等效电路,采用其谐波电压和谐波电流的解析计算方法,利用电动汽车充电负荷的概率模拟,对充电负荷对配变运行参数的影响进行概率评估,同时结合算例对充电负荷造成的配变寿命损失影响进行分析。

With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, electric vehicle (Electric vehicle, EV), as the most potential new energy-saving vehicle for environmental protection, has become the main direction of automobile development. Our government strongly supports the development of electric vehicles and the construction of supporting facilities, and actively develops the demonstration project of the promotion of electric vehicles. However, the large-scale charging of electric vehicles will have a significant impact on the distribution network, including the decrease of power quality, the increase of network loss, the decrease of equipment utilization and so on. Therefore, the influence of charging power on the distribution network should be fully considered before the electric vehicle is connected to the power grid on a large scale. In this paper, the probability simulation of charging load of electric vehicle is carried out, and the influence of harmonic current on distribution transformer caused by harmonic current of charging load is studied. The main contents are as follows: 1) according to different types of electric vehicle, A probability simulation method for charging load of various types of electric vehicles with hybrid electric vehicle (Plug-in hybrid electricvehicle, PHEV) is presented. Because of the difference of energy supply mode, usage mode and charging mode on the randomness of charging load, the hierarchical classification structure of electric vehicle is established in this paper. Then, considering the charging power and (State of charge, SOC) characteristics of different types of electric vehicles, considering the two modes of operation of PHEV, the sampling method of initial SOC is improved. Considering the effect of the charging time length on the user's decision whether to start charging, a probability simulation method for charging load of various types of electric vehicles is proposed. 2) in view of the different proportion of electric vehicles connected to the distribution network with conventional charging mode and fast charging mode, the proportion allocation methods of electric vehicles with different charging modes are established. Based on the hierarchical classification structure of electric vehicles, four indexes of peak load increment, peak load duration, maximum load smoothing coefficient and average load smoothing coefficient are proposed. The four indexes are combined into comprehensive indexes to evaluate the influence of charging load on the load curve of distribution network. Combined with the IEEE-34 node example and the measured load data in a certain place, the proportion allocation method of electric vehicles with conventional and fast charging mode is established. 3) based on the probability simulation of electric vehicle charging load, a probabilistic evaluation method of distribution transformer life loss considering the influence of electric vehicle charging is proposed. Under the condition that the charging load and the local load are connected to the distribution transformer at the same time, the harmonic current generated by the charging of the electric vehicle is considered, and the analytical calculation method of the harmonic voltage and harmonic current is adopted in combination with the equivalent circuit of the charger. Based on the probabilistic simulation of the charging load of electric vehicles, the influence of charging load on the operating parameters of the distribution transformer is evaluated in probability, and the influence of the life loss of the distribution transformer caused by the charging load is analyzed in combination with an example.
