配电网网损计算及管理研究

【摘要】:随着电能生产规模的扩大,国民经济总消耗当中能源的损耗比例也在不断的增加。研究分析电网的能量损耗,查找降低损耗的途径已经成为当今具有重要意义的课题。对电网进行网损计算和降损决策的分析,实施合理的降损措施,减小电网的能量损耗也已经成为了电力系统经济运行的重要途径。本文通过对目前网损计算的国内外现状进行分析,研究了几种网损计算方法的特点,以遗传算法为基础,建立包含潮流约束方程、变量约束及目标函数的数学模型,开发了电网的网损计算和决策分析软件,通过人机友好操作界面建立电网的数据库,用于对配电网进行网损计算,按照分线、分压、分器进行查询和分析,并存储在数据库。降损管理决策主要包含两组途径:基于现有运行方式下的降损分析和拟开展的降损决策分析,通过选择不同决策得到不同的降损方案。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of power production scale, the proportion of energy consumption in the total national economic consumption is also increasing. It has become an important topic to study and analyze the energy loss of power grid and find out the ways to reduce it. The analysis of network loss calculation and loss reduction decision, the implementation of reasonable loss reduction measures and the reduction of power grid energy loss have become an important way for the economic operation of power system. Based on the analysis of the present situation of network loss calculation at home and abroad, this paper studies the characteristics of several network loss calculation methods. Based on genetic algorithm, a mathematical model including power flow constraint equation, variable constraint and objective function is established. The network loss calculation and decision analysis software of power network is developed. The database of power network is established through man-machine friendly operation interface, which is used to calculate the network loss of distribution network, query and analyze according to the dividing line, voltage divider and divider, and store it in the database. The decision of loss reduction management mainly includes two groups of ways: based on the loss reduction analysis under the existing operation mode and the loss reduction decision analysis to be carried out, different loss reduction schemes can be obtained by selecting different decisions.
