基于四线旋转变压器及AD2S1200的叉车线控转向永磁同步电机角度解码研究

【摘要】:基于四线式旋转变压器及AD2S1200芯片对叉车线控转向永磁同步电机的转子角度解码展开研究。设计功率放大电路对AD2S1200芯片输出的正弦波信号进行放大和滤波作为旋转变压器的正弦励磁信号,将旋转变压器输出单端包含角度信息的正、余弦信号经调制电路处理成AD2S1200需要的差模输入信号。通过Freescale DSP芯片MC56F8367经接口电路获取转换后的角度信息,利用一种数字滤波方法对角度信息进行处理,最终获得永磁同步电机转子位置角度。实验证明,解码角度准确、波形平滑、实时性好,能够满足叉车线控转向永磁同步电机控制需求。
[Abstract]:Based on four-wire rotary transformer and AD2S1200 chip, the rotor angle decoding of forklift line-controlled steering permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is studied. A power amplifier circuit is designed to amplify and filter the sine wave signal output by AD2S1200 chip as the sinusoidal excitation signal of the rotating transformer, and the output of the rotating transformer contains the positive angle information at one end. The cosine signal is processed into the differential mode input signal required by AD2S1200 by modulation circuit. Through the interface circuit of Freescale DSP chip MC56F8367, the converted angle information is obtained, and a digital filtering method is used to process the angle information, and finally the rotor position angle of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is obtained. The experimental results show that the decoding angle is accurate, the waveform is smooth and the real-time performance is good, which can meet the control requirements of forklift line-controlled steering permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM).
