电力设备状态检修评价系统设计与实现

【摘要】:状态检修是保证电网安全运行的前提,也是电网企业适应科学技术以及现代经济发展的产物。按照国家电网对状态检修的要求,各电力公司都推行了状态检修工作,都从过去的单纯以定期检修为主转变成了状态检修为主。从开始采用状态检修为主的方式发展至今,取得了相当好的效果,不但提高了电力设备的管理水平还可以保证检修人员的安全和设备的安全;降低了设备的检修成本;降低了电网和设备安全事故的发生;简接地增加了经济效益和社会效益。该系统根据《四川省电力公司输变电设备状态检修管理规定(施行)》里关于《设备状态评价及检修实施细则(试行)》的内容,结合电力设备的基础信息、试验数据、运行数据、缺陷数据等对设备进行状态评价后,然后给出相应策略,为制定检修计划提供了科学依据。本文从实际出发,结合电力公司发布的相关规章制度,利用计算机软件和数据库技术,建立了基于B/S架构模式的电力设备状态检修评价系统,通过根据设备的基本信息、运行数据、试验数据、缺陷数据等相关信息,基于系统建立的设备评价标准和指标对设备进行全方位的分析后可以生成设备的检修策略,从而为制定设备检修计划提供了科学依据。本文提出的基于设备状态而安排设备检修的方式,不仅提高了电力设备运行的安全和保证了检修人员的安全,而且节约了检修成本以及降低了电网和设备安全事故发生的概率,为电网安全运行提供了保障。

The system shall incorporate the basic information, test data and operation data of the power equipment in accordance with the contents of the Regulations on the State Maintenance and Management of the Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment of Sichuan Electric Power Company (Implementation)> the contents of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the State Evaluation and Overhaul of the Equipment (Trial)>. After the state evaluation of the equipment is carried out by the defect data and the like, the corresponding strategy is given, and the scientific basis for the development of the maintenance plan is provided. In this paper, based on the relevant rules and regulations issued by the power company, the state-of-service evaluation system of the power equipment based on the B/ S architecture mode is established based on the relevant rules and regulations issued by the power company, and the data and the test data are run according to the basic information of the equipment, the running data and the test data, The relevant information such as the defect data, based on the equipment evaluation criteria and indicators established by the system, can generate the maintenance strategy of the equipment after all-around analysis of the equipment, thus providing the scientific basis for the development of the equipment maintenance plan.
