PC和PET油中电热老化过程中聚合度和介损特性分析

【摘要】:电力变压器在发、输、变、配电系统中起着至关重要的作用,它的性能、质量直接关系到电力系统运行的可靠性和运营效益。寻找新型聚合物材料代替绝缘纸用于变压器固体绝缘改善电场分布和绝缘结构,将非常有利于变压器朝着大容量、紧凑型方向发展,有非常好的应用前景。本文选择聚碳酸酯、聚酯薄膜两种聚合物材料作为研究对象,并与绝缘纸对比,选择90℃、110℃和130℃三种不同的老化温度进行电热老化试验,对材料不同老化阶段的聚合度,介质损耗因数进行了测试,并结合物理外观性变和扫描电镜测试结果进行了对比分析,为判断这两种材料能否成为油浸式变压器绝缘材料提供了依据。
