集控型操作票开票系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着国家经济的飞速发展,供电负荷的逐步增加,电网结构的日益复杂,可靠供电的要求不断提高,为保证电网安全稳定运行,倒闸操作的次数越发频繁。为确保倒闸操作的安全稳定进行,规范的倒闸操作票必不可少。目前,国网成都供电公司的倒闸操作票基本由人工手工开票,开票速度慢、易出现错误,且审核过程效率较低,因此研发设计出一套开票效率高,稳定性强,正确率高,且审核流程简便的集控型操作票开票系统,以满足运行要求及规程规范尤为重要。本文论述了整个集控型操作票开票系统的研究过程,首先介绍了本系统的研发背景及意义,以及目前国内外的操作票系统发展现状,再根据目前的运行需要,提出了本系统的需求分析,根据需求提出了本系统所需功能模块,并具体阐述了操作票拟票模块、操作票审核流程管理模块、操作票管理模块、操作票维护模块、系统配置管理模块的具体功能设计,以及核心版块的设计方案,并对系统进行了实际的模拟测试,对整个系统进行了描述。系统采用C/S模式,通过网络104规约,采用SQL数据库实现系统的整体运行。开发工具主要采用的是C++编程语言。通过合理的设计,提高了操作票系统的可用性及实用性。本系统通过测试,运行状态良好,性能稳定,可靠性高,可大大缩减运行人员的操作票开票时长,降低差错率,提高开票效率,并节约审核时间,有效保障变电站倒闸操作的安全性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy and the gradual increase of power supply load, the structure of power grid is becoming more and more complex, and the requirements of reliable power supply are increasing. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid, the number of switching operations is becoming more and more frequent. In order to ensure the safety and stability of switching operation, standard switching operation ticket is essential. At present, the reverse operation ticket of Chengdu Power supply Company of China National Power Network is basically manually issued by hand, which is slow to issue tickets, easy to make mistakes, and the efficiency of audit process is low. Therefore, a set of centralized operation ticket issuing system with high billing efficiency, strong stability, high accuracy and simple audit process is developed and designed, which is particularly important to meet the operation requirements and regulations. This paper discusses the research process of the whole centralized operation ticket system. Firstly, it introduces the research and development background and significance of the system, as well as the current development situation of the operation ticket system at home and abroad. Then, according to the current operation needs, it puts forward the demand analysis of the system, puts forward the required functional modules of the system according to the demand, and expounds the operation ticket preparation module, the operation ticket audit process management module, and the operation ticket management module.
