基于光子噪声研究光子探测器的探测性能

【摘要】:根据红外光子探测器的基本工作原理,分析了光电探测器性能的基本物理机理限制,推导了背景辐射的光子噪声限制下的比探测率。对背景限制下的比探测率随探测器截止波长、背景温度的变化进行了理论计算。对计算结果进行了理论分析,并作出了相应总结。最后提出了提高背景限制下比探测率的方法。
[Abstract]:According to the basic working principle of infrared photon detector, the basic physical mechanism limitation of photodetector performance is analyzed, and the specific detection rate under the background of photon noise limitation is deduced. The ratio detectability of the background is calculated with the cut-off wavelength of the detector and the change of the background temperature. The theoretical analysis of the calculation results is carried out and the corresponding summary is made. At last, the method to improve the ratio detection rate under the background restriction is put forward.
